I think there is a chance. I mean, it statistically hard to get a nuke plant to do a "moderated criticality" See Video here, its worth watching, for all those who say it is impossible, well it is possible, Argonne national labs did it.

But the size shape and color of the rods in the supposed reactor 3 video of rubble don't match with standard rods. Some people have suggested they were pieces of scaffolding, total bs, scaffolding is hollow, not shiny, and would not break into nice pieces, it would just be a twisted mangled mess.
