I was heartened by your appreciation of my report on Derek Lee.

I think you may also be interested to know that when I first issued that report, the company that currently employs Derek Lee and their associated company, Paul C. Rizzo Associates, Inc., both employed a solicitor to send me a formal letter threatening me with legal action if I did not immediately cease revealing the details of Derek Lee’s character and past behaviour in the construction industry.

The only respose from Eskom was to immediately Black List my email address, presumably to stifle any further contact.
