Well that's great news, if it makes it on any huge platform. And if it doesn't it falls to conspiracy theory. I hate to bring this down but I keep seeing we the people winning cases and I keep supporting it but I don't see the results of winning a case as huge as this one presents itself, on the contrary they seem to be uping the speed of the injections which tells me , it doesn't carry any weight. I watched Rand Paul destroy Fauci and listened to a president tell the media that a guy was guilty of killing a criminal before due Process....So my opinion isn't worth a grain of salt neither is the hours of research I have acquired form reputible sources,I see people pounding at the corruption showing it everywhere ,..And yet nothing happens. So I'm sorry if I dont get excited at what would and should be a military intervention in every country and a circuit court asking for those gentlemen to be incarcerated and extradition from wherever they are and made accountable. But nope corruption is right and law is wrong rights are bad and censorship is right. And the constitution is negotiable in the Democrats narrative. Anyway I am hoping and still trying my best. So happy that they are finally being challenged. I am a retired nurse and always accepted the need for vaccines- never questioned any of this. My kids only received 3 not like today where they get 72. I really questioned vaccines when I decided that I needed a tetanus vaccine as it been over 10 years. The only vaccine you can get is the DPT shot which I did take and subsequently developed the worst case of shingles. When I happened on a patient group online, you would not believe the number of people who got shingles after a flu shot. It disrupts your immune system. Then I started reading books on vaccines and was horrified to find out how many shots that babies get today, what's in them and the rate of autism and how they lied about the studies. There was a whistleblower who confirmed these lies. My son has 2 babies and I tried to tell him about it but he wouldn't accept anything I said. Basically just told me that you can't be out there looking at videos on YouTube and would not accept there was a whistleblower. I know how to do investigations as I did that with my job. I also just found out that a group of scientists have evaluated immunity from tetanus shots and recommended to the CDC that a booster is only recommended every 30 years. Good luck with that as they will only think about the money and not patients.

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has admitted that, in direct violation of Federal law, it failed to provide a single vaccine safety report to Congress for thirty years, according to Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN).

This acknowledgement comes after eight months of stonewalling from HHS following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from the nonprofit ICAN, and its founder Del Bigtree. ICAN sought copies of the reports HHS was required to submit to Congress every two years, starting in 1988, detailing improvements it made to vaccine safety. ICAN was represented by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

ICAN sued HHS in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, demanding that the reports be shared with the public. HHS eventually conceded that those reports do not exist and the Court entered an order confirming this concession.

"The 1986 National Childhood Vaccination Injury Act granted economic immunity to pharmaceutical companies for vaccine injuries and hence eviscerated their economic incentive for them to take responsibility for vaccine safety," says Bigtree. "Market forces driving vaccine safety were simply eliminated."

Congress therefore charged the Secretary of HHS with the explicit responsibility to assure vaccine safety. Biannual reports of HHS's progress in improving vaccine safety were to be submitted to Congress. Yet, as ICAN has now proven, these reports were never created.
