I remember reading (have to research and find out details) about a business cartel that arrived in Japan just the day before the quake and tsunami. They pressured the Japanese gov't to do something they refused to do. The way HAARP works, they direct the energy weapon at an area that is already quake prone, so they just magnify the effect. Be interesting to know if one or more satellites were above Fukushima when the huge number of EQ's occurred.

Also there were that thought that a secret Japanese Nuke Lab was beneath Fukushima because what better way to keep its signature hidden than have it under 6 reactors! If correct, that would provide the reason why first TEPCO, then the Japanese Gov't. (who now own TEPCO) have not allowed outside experts access to the site.

This secret Lab/stockpile may have had something to do with the "explosions" that occurred after 03/11/11.

BTW: Many also believe that the Japanese have all the components for a large number of Nuke weapons that are just waiting to be assembled if needed. This would allow the Japanese Govt. to continue to deny having Nukes, which I understand is against the Law.

Just take the last hundred years of earthquakes in the region even before modern scale and analysis. Fit the magnitudes or estimates to a statistical distribution. It may even be log normal or bernoulli. Look at a distribution called Gompers, and fit the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami to the tail. You might find the likelihood of this event in the 1e-20 likelihood, so who designs to that? Usually 1e-6 is the bar for most large engineering projects. I think the earthquake and tsunami were a very rare natural phenomenon. To speculate,otherwise would require a tin foil hat.
