The above quote is a reflection of either dishonesty or idiocy or a combination of the two. There have been an unprecedented number of recorded deaths and injuries from this experimental 'jab' technology, and that huge number is certainly a mere fraction of what is actually occurring, due to serious dysfunctions and lack of integrity in the injury recording system.

If the problem with the expert is dishonesty, the word "safe" in the quote is pure gaslighting. But the word :affective" is more problematic, since it begs the question: effective at what? Mass murder? Mass injury?
