Once in a while I just do "an editorial". I jot down of my well studied beliefs. The links might add 3 hours to create the post.

I also find yoru comment to be very relevant. When I expressed well studied opinion without links, a certain percent of people will respond with "that is complete bullshit, you are crazy, why are you wasting your life". They "out" themselves.

They don't ask for proof, nor do they re-examine their own belief system! Its kind of a test.
