If it doubled to 2%, what difference could that posibly make?"
quoting Reply "Concentration of CO2 is 0.04% and not .4 as you say. I have a degree in Chemistry and it is not even a good greenhouse gas. There are other gases in nature that are more efficient and more plentiful. To convert ppm to %, multiply by 10,000 so 400ppm = 0.04%."
