I understand that C02 in considered a trace gas and is about .4% of our atmosphere. Recent articles I have read say that C02 has increased from 200PPM to 400PPM. My question and doubts about Climate change due to human activities is how can a trace gas that is less than 1% of our atmostphere be a threat? If it doubled to 2%, what difference could that posibly make?&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;quoting Reply &amp;quot;Concentration of CO2 is 0.04% and not .4 as you say. I have a degree in Chemistry and it is not even a good greenhouse gas. There are other gases in nature that are more efficient and more plentiful. To convert ppm to %, multiply by 10,000 so 400ppm = 0.04%.&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;Plowboy</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='https://www.blogger.com/feeds/7390168029330307425/6839971893862870463/comments/default/104648204520699188'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='https://www.blogger.com/feeds/7390168029330307425/6839971893862870463/comments/default/104648204520699188'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='https://www.nukepro.net/2016/10/real-information-on-climate-change-at.html?showComment=1521591068147#c104648204520699188' title=''/><author><name>Anonymous</name><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='https://img1.blogblog.com/img/blank.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='https://www.nukepro.net/2016/10/real-information-on-climate-change-at.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7390168029330307425.post-6839971893862870463' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/7390168029330307425/posts/default/6839971893862870463' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty name="blogger.itemClass" value="pid-1498186964"/><gd:extendedProperty name="blogger.displayTime" value="March 20, 2018 at 5:11 PM"/></entry></feed>
