The Nuremberg Code mandates voluntary informed consent "without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit [or] duress". In other words, citizens have the right under the Nuremberg Code and related protections not to be subject involuntarily to medical experiments.

If you believe that getting the Covid-19 vaccine is a "medical experiment" then these rights are enforceable. I have not heard that getting the vaccine is a "medical experiment" anywhere. There is no Federal mandate to force anyone to get the vaccine. Period.

You have the right to say no. However, you may not be allowed into bars, gyms etc. unless you prove you have been vaccinated. These are state rights issues and owners rights. The Nuremberg Code does not apply to this matter. If you think this is so then all of the worlds doctors should go on trial for giving the vaccine, yet one problem exists that everyone who was given the vaccine signed a letter stating that they knew the risks and consented to receiving the shot. The code states; " Amongst other requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary informed consent of the human subject. Voluntary informed consent" was given when you went in to get the shot and you signed documents that you were aware that this drug is experimental and therefore you have no claim of protection from the Nuremberg Code.

There is no case to present to the Nuremberg Trial Court. They all consented to get the jab.

Only the government actors can be punished under the Nuremberg Code, in the countries that signed up. That is why they are trying to get corporations and organizations to push the Jab, one reason anyway.
