What system? There are many dysfunctional systems
—————-
Aloha stock and mahalo for your question. I love and appreciate when people question my words or ask for clarity, because it awakens the beast that pours out the cold hard truth about this sad ass world. The system I’m referring to is the ENTIRE GOVERNING BODY, so called “leaders”, that oversees all the Departments who are the cause of all the triggers to what goes WRONG in society which humans stupidly continue generation after generation sadly failing the next generation by not putting a stop to the people who are supposed to be working for US.
Leaders are OUR employees that WE voted for or maybe not because we still have a FCKN lame non-functioning volunteer Elections Committee that is solely responsible for pilauticians being shoe ins to various government positions over and over regardless of missing ballots, or how the Big Island had higher vote counts than ballots they recall counting and submitting, iin my case, receiving my ballot in the mail one week after the General Election was over, and in the case of Ewa/ Ewa Beach Neighborhood Board elections, not everyone in the community was aware of the election nor did everyone receive informational flyers in the mail about the candidates as some did.
I being a candidate didn’t even get one. We see their online bickering, questions being avoided or left unanswered and come of them sit their with a chip on their shoulder.
No citizen filed a motion yet to have them removed, yet there’s so much bitching. That leads to the corruption continuing that revolves into greedy pocket stuffing heart less questionable humans that make life so stressful for us.
They work for us yet THEY can vote on their own raises, they get paid six figures while we all struggle, When kids get into trouble, people are so quick to blame the parents. What if they don’t live with them? What if they died? What if they were abandoned?
Or how about the fact that the system makes life so difficult to survive that some of those parents need to work long hours or multiple jobs just to get by and it’s still not enough and in the process don’t get to raise their own kids to the best of their ability because they spend most of their time as a legalized slave of the system.
They tax us for every little thing and when we file taxes we have to be on it every detail. When people try to get benefits or to qualify for some sort financial aid or help, even for affordable housing you have to report everything, and they look at your whole income not what you actually bring home after taxes in determining eligibility whihch causes a lot of people to not qulalify and in turn the government takes no accountability for anything they do, they lie, they take, and before shit hits the fan they retire and reap all the benefits they get, and we still struggling.
Things have got to change because it DOES NOT HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. Stay blessed!
