stock here: I have not heard it discussed so I’ll take it as my Epiphany. Look at it this way. Why would miltaries NOT work hard to develop a limited EMP that doesn’t fry everything, but allows an invasion to happen before the situation can even be understood.
Consider the number of people that use their phones as their GPS…that would cause chaos.
