Texas Floods, Suspicious As Hell

stock here: my first thought was OMG, now the death toll is 67. My second thought was weather manipulation. To punish Texas for their stance on “immigrants” aka intentional invaders.

There was no warnings about the flood. How often do we hear this now? Think I could set up a high river warning for about $1000. They reviewed the idea in 2017 but a neighboringing community spent $2,000,000 for an early warning system, which is absurd, but still cheap in relation to lives lost.
