DEAR CORRESPONDENTS,
Once upon a time, “chemclouding” and “chemtrails” warranted special attention by The Power$ That Be (TP$TB) — initially, of course, as a “conspiracy theory”. No longer, as theory has gradually morphed into factual CONs’ Piracy. Supplementing rogue alternative “disinformation sites”, TP$TB installed gatekeepers, first among them Rosiland Peterson, who attacked then evolving language by demanding for her leadership a re-phrasing of phenomena, for instance, calling “chemclouds” persistent jet contrails. Then along came Dane Wigington [www.geoengineeringwatch.org], installed in a hotbed of concern in Northern California. He indeed served to raise awareness of chemclouding, albeit accompanied by the spin and misdirection of doomsday predictions about global warming and one ostensible purpose of “aerosol spraying”, “dimming the Sun” to cool off the Earth.

Nobody, it seemed, had|HAS a plane, air sampling equipment, and an analytical laboratory to check out actual CONtents of chemtrails as they got|get laid down in patterns that belied “normal jet traffic” and “commercial airlines”, a lame riposte often aimed at chemcloud CONspiracists. I know first hand. Advertly, I suspect unmarked jets of Air America, operated by the CIA thus hardly a “commercial cal operation”, though likely heavily involving in drug and human trafficking, played — perhaps still plays — a large role in chemclouding.
Remarkably, today, the latest news — from Spain — will occasion at best a shrug, or a clucking of the tongue by the vast majority of people sprayed like bugs. No one connects the dots of chemtrails, drought, and, when integrated with HAARP and (who knows?) satellite energy beams, extreme weather and associated destruction. As the article suggests, chemtrailing very likely has more than one purpose, depending.
If TP$TB are so adept at denying rain to large areas of continents, why could they not direct some moisture to those parched? One wonders. I conclude “weather modification” and “weather as force multiplier” — look it up! — comprise yet another obvious battle front in the War on Mankind, a multi-purpose delivery system for crop and livelihood destruction and, I suspect, the delivery of biochemical weapons, be it heavy metal contamination (aluminum, barium) to promote wildfires in areas slated for clearance of humans, or the outright poisoning of human populations when the time comes for that, so-called “vaccines” perhaps proving too unpredictable, too slow a kill.
The Spanish government order explicitly calls for the use of “aerial media” and “aerial disinfection techniques” in order to reach “all surfaces” quickly via techniques of nebulization, thermo nebulization and micro nebulization.
Among the most effective disinfection techniques are the use of aerial media, then through them, with techniques of nebulization, thermo nebulization and micro nebulization, all surfaces are reached quickly, avoiding depending on manual application, which is slower, and sometimes does not reach all surfaces because there are obstacles that prevent reaching them.
The CBRN defense units of the Armed Forces and the Military Unit of Emergencies (UME) have personal means, materials, procedures and the sufficient training to carry out aerial disinfection, since they are operations that they execute regularly, with the exception that instead of using biocidal products do it with other decontaminating chemicals. It is therefore that, in view of the foregoing and the effect of improving and streamlining the operations of disinfection of all types of facilities that the Armed Forces personnel come to carrying out, it is considered appropriate to authorize, exceptionally and for the duration of the state of alarm, the CBRN Defense Units of the Armed Forces and the UME, the use of disinfectants and biocides from main group 1 described in article 1.1 of Royal Decree 830/2010, of June 25, which establishes the regulations.
It’s not the first time the Spanish government has been embroiled in a chemtrail scandal.
In 2015, four State Meteorological Agency whistleblowers announced via the European Parliament that planes were regularly spraying throughout Spain:
“On May 19, 2015, MEP Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE) announced in the European Parliament that four workers from the State Meteorological Agency had confessed that Spain is being sprayed entirely from planes that spread lead dioxide through the atmosphere, silver iodide and diatomite. The objective, according to the same MEP, would be to ward off the rains and allow temperatures to rise, which creates a summery climatic environment for tourism and, at the same time, helps corporations in the agricultural sector. This, in turn, is producing cold drops of great intensity.”
