And check the second image, cars parked near the ocean, no obvious combustibles and not likely to have combustibles there. This is fishy.
Finally, I rest my case, this is Directed Energy Weapons DEW. Look at the last image, the cars wheels are completely melted into puddles. Pure Aluminum melts at 1220 F, and alloys melt at higher temperatures. The steel fender is also gone. Carbon steel melts at 2500 to 2800F
