Did Maui Burn Out The Recipients of a $328 Million Dollar Legal Judgement on Homesteading in Lahaina?

stock here: this is a new twist that I have not vetted. Below is a comment seen on “Brush Junkie”/ I added an article below the comment, the $328M set aside is real. How much it relates to Lahaina is unclear at this time. Comment says 28 year battle, but 24 appears to be the real number. The wheels of “justice” should never be allowed to turn that slowly. This was a class action lawsuit, and 1/3 of the members died while the 24 years dragged out. Wow.

Apparently, this needed to be signed by the Haole Governor “Josh” Green….ya know what I mean?

Seriously. Look on Lahaina lawsuit page about homesteading. Was a 28 YEAR LEGAL BATTLE…it was attempted mediation 2 years. 900 litigants died by then(inheritable by descendant though. Remember that..) Two days before fire was final settlement ordered by court of 328million. A bot over 1100 original. Subtract dead from original number of litigants and damn close to number of missing. I went down a rabbit hole and my exact isn’t same nowadays. But i Remember freaking and asking husband to check my sources and math. Was only different by like 12 or something. There’s a lot coinciding and obfuscating truth.—————————————
