His name was withheld for over 30 days, his picture has never been released. It took coverage on social media to get public officials to do their duty and charge this black man. His name: Javonte Quincy Isaiah Spikes, Looks like his dad passed away in West Bend at the March 31, 2021 start of the vaccination campaign at age 50!

Then the perp is on video, outside the hospital, with both legs, and hanging out with some friends, whipping the bird to the video taker?
What is the name of the state trooper in charge? Why did they not search the car even 2 weeks later? Who is the owner of the car and did they know the perp was using the car? Why is the trooper continually dropped the “we are SO short staffed” excuse?
I suspected this after even the perps name was not released for a month after he killed a cute blond white girl, in a 120MPH police chase on a side street that ended up at a T in the road and him slamming in to a tree. I was correct, at least for now. The drivers name is Javonte Spikes. That’s a black name. This might be his Facebook, links to Chicago, no info about him, at least not now. She enjoyed painting. Accident Aug 9th, today, September 6th, Friday, he was finally charged with homicide via vehicle. Well over 100 MPH at 1:30 AM on a Friday night, the chase took 41 seconds.
