Exemptions From a VXX, Know Your State, Your Rights, And What You Need to Say or Not Say.

 stock here: 3 basic types of exemptions:

1) Medical
2) Religious
3) Personal Belief

My thoughts is that the Exemptions are stronger from top to bottom.   I would play the Religious Belief first, and if they threw that out, and your State allowed a Personal Belief Exemption, then play the PBE card.   

DO NOT Play the Medical Exemption card FIRST.   I’ll cover  that in detail at the bottom, but suffice it to say if you play the Medical card, in the end with the CDC it only comes down to 

1) Being allergic to the COVID Vaccine (sick circular logic there)

2) Being allergic to PEG, but then you are still eligible for the J&J Jab

I would also have a little printout of CFR 18-242 which says Rights in the Title but it also covers any privileges you have, one of them being the “privilege” of not being injected with an experimental medical treatment approved only for emergency use, doubled privileged when there is no EMERGENCY.    

Remind the Goons that under 18-242 if they jabbed you and bodily injury occurs they could go to jail for up to 10 years, and if death occurs, they can be put to death themselves.

SECOND PUBLISHING THOUGHT — One may wish to shy away from being a “conspiracist” by announcing that they are not “anti-vax” and by stating how you recently got a Tetanus Vaccine or whatever.    This would give “them” an out, and with summary judgement they would VOID your religious exemption because obviously it is not a deeply held belief.

5 States are Bad Actors, with Connecticut joining that list in 2021.   They were also the first state I found to publish the ingredients of the novel VXX.

NOTE: These states are employers, so the case can be made that Title VII applies.

Which law provides religious exemption from vaccines? — stock here, this statement is from the source, and I disagree.   There are many laws at State level that further define vaccination policy.

Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 says employers cannot refuse to “accommodate an employee’s sincerely held religious beliefs or practices unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship.”

It’s funny, the link above does not link to title VII, but to a “Guidance on title VII”, from the Equal Employment Opportunity, which is also OK with affirmative action and giving farm grants to only
“non whites”.

And it would be silly to hang your hat on Title VII as protection from forced vaccination, since Title VII only applies to employers.   So if an airline prevents you from flying without Vax, or if your local village or town sends Goons door to door to intimidate you into Vax, Title VII simply does not apply at all.

Additional clarifications

* The existing statute in Minnesota and Louisiana does not explicitly recognize religion as a reason for claiming an exemption, however, as a practical matter, the non-medical exemption may encompass religious beliefs.

**In Virginia, parents can receive a personal exemption only for the HPV vaccine.

***Missouri’s personal belief exemption does not apply to public schools, only child care facilities.

I wanted to give broad guidance on how to claim an exemption, but I think you really need to read your own State law FIRST. 

    My initial thoughts are that if you are claiming a religious objection, I would just say I am objecting due to my religious beliefs.    If they ask you for more details, I would just say that is between me on my Lord and not public information.

In Wisconsin, there is an important distinction between normal times, and “State of Emergency”.    Here is one example for you to read through.  There is a whole larger section above it.

MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS

Some colleges have created mandatory vaccine policies which are a complete joke.  They reference the CDC guideline for medical exemptions.   As expected the CDC is a complete joke, a travesty, a tool of the beast.   I spent 20 minutes on the CDC site, and its a circle jerk of disinformmation.   They pretend that somewhere is a list of Contra-Indicated factors for not getting vaccinated.    They even put a hyper link and say Appendix B is where the list is. 

This is after reading 6 or 7 pages.    When you click on Appendix B Link, it take you back to the document that you just read.

• Severe allergic reaction (e.g., anaphylaxis) after a previous dose or to a component of the COVID-19 vaccine
• Immediate allergic reaction of any severity to a previous dose or known (diagnosed) allergy to a component of the vaccine

Interesting site I came across, trying to support the idea that you could prove you have PEG allergy, because of horrible allergic reaction to a cosmetic or shampoo.   I don’t think that story would fly in the face of mandated vaccination.

Pretty, happy girl, just like the helo pilot. But I don’t think the Helo pilot did anything wrong except being high enough, that with 12 seconds left, they could take over auto pilot and finalize the target on the CRJ-700.

The male voice was on the radio to tower, strongly implying that the other pilot was doing the flying. Her name was Swanson, and her Facebook was scrubbed and the airline has still not released the names of the pilots.

16 hours ago (edited) I am going to say something that may sound unkind. But I think the root cause of this crash will undoubtedly come down to human factors in the cockpit. This was a challenging landing. With some tricky crosswinds. Finally today we got some info on the pilots. The Captain or PiC is a 50 something pilot with a good amount of hours. But it looks like his primary job is as a Simulator Instructor. And he only grabbed this flight to maintain his rating and credentials. he spends most of his time piloting a desk. And not a lot of wind beneath his wings as it were. Add to that he appears to have started at Endeavor, worked his way up into flying larger aircraft for mainline Delta. And at some point had an issue where he got bumped back down to Endeavor and CRJ’s? So questions there? Failed check rides? Bad evaluation somewhere? He’s possibly putting in his hours somewhere harmless until retirement. The Co-Pilot was a just barely 23 year old girl. Barely starting her career. With maybe 1250 flight hours total and was working on a brand new “Restricted ATP” rating. She looks to have had a great education from U SoDak. So she could get the Restricted rating at 21 and below 1500 hours. She’s been working as a GA flight instructor to build hours. She is very very green. Maybe 47 hours on the CRJ I think I saw. Judging by Radio coms the Captain was Pilot Monitoring, she was Pilot Flying. Neither of them would be a problem on their own. Everybody has to start somewhere. And The late career sim instructors still need to get their flight hours. But the two of them together strikes me as potentially a bad combination in those weather conditions. Given the crosswind gusts the Senior Pilot almost certainly should have been the one flying. But there may have been some weird confidence or skill dynamics in that cockpit. None of that takes away from the absolutely heroic medal worthy actions of the Flight Attendants who did the impossible and got everybody out of that plane alive. With remarkably few injuries.

Abstract

Importance  Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest incidence in apparently healthy adults younger than 40 years ranges from 4 to 14 per 100 000 person-years worldwide. Of an estimated 350 000 to 450 000 total annual out-of-hospital cardiac arrests in the US, approximately 10% survive.

Observations  Among young adults who have had cardiac arrest outside of a hospital, approximately 60% die before reaching a hospital (presumed sudden cardiac death), approximately 40% survive to hospitalization (resuscitated sudden cardiac arrest), and 9% to 16% survive to hospital discharge (sudden cardiac arrest survivor), of whom approximately 90% have a good neurological status (Cerebral Performance Category 1 or 2). Autopsy-based studies demonstrate that 55% to 69% of young adults with presumed sudden cardiac death have underlying cardiac causes, including sudden arrhythmic death syndrome (normal heart by autopsy, most common in athletes) and structural heart disease such as coronary artery disease. Among young adults, noncardiac causes of cardiac arrest outside of a hospital may include drug overdose, pulmonary embolism, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizure, anaphylaxis, and infection. More than half of young adults with presumed sudden cardiac death had identifiable cardiovascular risk factors such as hypertension and diabetes. Genetic cardiac disease such as long QT syndrome or dilated cardiomyopathy may be found in 2% to 22% of young adult survivors of cardiac arrest outside of the hospital, which is a lower yield than for nonsurvivors (13%-34%) with autopsy-confirmed sudden cardiac death. Persons resuscitated from sudden cardiac arrest should undergo evaluation with a basic metabolic profile and serum troponin; urine toxicology test; electrocardiogram; chest x-ray; head-to-pelvis computed tomography; and bedside ultrasound to assess for pericardial tamponade, aortic dissection, or hemorrhage. Underlying reversible causes, such as ST elevation myocardial infarction, coronary anomaly, and illicit drug or medication overdose (including QT-prolonging medicines) should be treated. If an initial evaluation does not reveal the cause of an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, transthoracic echocardiography should be performed to screen for structural heart disease (eg, unsuspected cardiomyopathy) or valvular disease (eg, mitral valve prolapse) that can precipitate sudden cardiac death. Defibrillator implant is indicated for young adult sudden cardiac arrest survivors with nonreversible cardiac causes including structural heart disease and arrhythmia syndromes.

Today, Feb 19, 2025, 157 false killer whales stranded themselves in Tasmania. They euthanized 90 of these whales, that seems to be a common meme now, to “reduce suffering” lets just kill them instead….I wonder when they will start that on the humans….create suffering and then “euthanize them”.

stock here: Well this is a first, the email request looked real. I had to fill out a “spreadsheet” which is really a Word Document. Opening a Word document from a nefarious source can cause trouble with your computer. They also had a PDF that the shipper had filled out.
