Recently, New York passed a law that gives a woman the right to demand an abortion at any time,
prior to actual baby being no longer present in her body.   i.e. 2 minutes before birth, the woman could freak out, and demand that the medical staff kill the "fetus".

If the medical staff did not follow this basic right, they would be guilty of a crime, and maybe other crimes, of failure to give aid.    They would in theory also be breaking the Hippocratic oath.

As reported by LifeNews.com, the legislation’s wording suggests that botched abortions, in which an unborn baby ends up being birthed rather than murdered, can be attempted again after that baby has left the birth canal.
“When an abortion is to be performed after the twentieth week of pregnancy, a physician other than the physician performing the abortion shall be in attendance to take control of and to provide immediate medical care for any live birth that is the result of the abortion,” the law reads.
In other words, should a baby be born instead of aborted as intended, another physician can step in and engage the process a second time.
“This law guarantees it, sweeping away a large chunk of the penal codes that protected abortion survivors,” Tony Perkins, President of the Family Research Council, told LifeNews.com about the provisions.

Abortion; eliminate certain requirements. Eliminates the requirement that an abortion in the second trimester of pregnancy and prior to the third trimester be performed in a hospital. The bill eliminates all the procedures and processes, including the performance of an ultrasound, required to effect a woman's informed written consent to the performance of an abortion; however, the bill does not change the requirement that a woman's informed written consent be first obtained. The bill eliminates the requirement that two other physicians certify that a third trimester abortion is necessary to prevent the woman's death or impairment of her mental or physical health, as well as the need to find that any such impairment to the woman's health would be substantial and irremediable. The bill also removes language classifying facilities that perform five or more first-trimester abortions per month as hospitals for the purpose of complying with regulations establishing minimum standards for hospitals.

USGS "Hiding" Earthquake Hits at Moana Loa, Largest Volcano in World, And Primed to Erupt

Unfreaking Believable, I have seen this 4 times now in 2 months, and NEVER before that.   They Disappeared a Caldera Hit EQ!!!!!!!

First review the "hiding", then below, my warning for a Big Quake and I am specifically calling for California / Cascadia OR Kamchatka West.    7.2 minimal up to 8.5 (these are purely guesses based on gut, not based on Dutchsinse type "EQ Math"

Yesterday, I published a massively important finding that Magma nucleation or activation is directly influenced by "Quiet Sun" using Moana Loa records back to the early 1800's.    This will potentially change the entire field of Earth Sciences

Then look at the last Graphic, just minutes after I grabbed the data, they disappeared it!!!   And they wonder why we don't trust them.

"Quiet Sun" Causes EQ and Volcanic Eruptions -- Proof of the Hypothesis

I will flesh this out better and more professionally later, but wanted to get it out there before someone else lays claim to the discovery.    It is an "earth shaking" discovery, literally.

Using historical records of the Moana Loa Volcano going back to the early 1800's, and historical records of our Star's Sun Spot counts, it became very obvious that solar minimums, aka Quiet Sun, cause volcanic eruptions.   

1) More than half of the big Eruptions were right on solar minimum. 
2) Eruptions NEVER happen when the sun is cycling from minimum to maximum (therefore half of the time, you can be assured the eruptions will not happen)
3) If the Eruption did not happen on the minimum, then it will happen usually at 1/3 to 1/2 of the way "back down from the peak" and once in a while, right at the peak.

Well this should flip the geophysics eggheads, on their heads.

Moana Kea Eruption Imminent? Large Quake High Up and Under Caldera Forbodes 1975

Back in Hawaii, and even though busy, must keep an eye on my own neck of the woods.

So when I see a quake on a map of Hawaii, I pretty much know whether it is a caldera strike based on position.

Todays EQ of 3.7 caught my eye.   And the height of almost 5000' ABOVE SEA LEVEL.

When did other big EQ occur?   Well.....on to start the 2018 Eruption

And 1975 saw a big quake that they immediately linked to Volcanic activity.   Just last week USGS
went on record as not being able to "prove" that EQ and Volcanoes where linked.

The 1975 EQ and Tsunami set off a chain of events which ran though 1984 with the summit area inflating since 1975.   There was also a brief Moana Loa eruption in 1975 

What about historical perspective?   Hint 1975 was a Quiet Sun zone, as is 2018 and 2019

What does the "magma chamber" of moana loa look like and where is it, and how does it interact with Kilauea?

Wikipedia thinks they know something, from inflations.   They should be using 3D earthquake plotting instead, I will someday.

Hmmmmm.....So they have no program to monitor the tank water level, none at all.   Leaks can continue for 2 years until they are noticed.

I would like to dig into this story some more, because the pounds of water is an irrelevant statistic
without knowing the radio-isotope concentrations.   And you may recall, back in the day when they were building these, they were only rated for a very short life span as temporary storage tanks assembled by the Yakuza and the homeless, about 2 years expected life.    We are going on year eight, and where the heck are the Coriums TEPCO?

NHK provides some detail, on Tritium.    Holy Hell, it's reported as 120,000 Bq/liter!    So it is probably 2 times higher, or 10 times higher, per the "Order of Magnitude" lies that TEPCO used consistently in the early stages of the Debacle.

I bring this up, because I think that we can change things for the better.  

My Alma Mater, Northwestern University, last year I noticed was sending out totally slanted, liberal based emails that quite frankly I took offense to.   They were so sure that "they were right".   And this is the mentality of those who THINK they hold the high moral ground, in that they have no need to consider any other viewpoint, or have any empathy for how someone with a differing viewpoint may feel when having a very specific and non-studied view, rammed down their throat (presented as fact).

I sent a detailed note, via email, to Northwestern and explained, that if they had any interest in not alienating their richest and strongest earning class of alumni who could provide donations, that they needed to be careful avoid just spouting the Social Justice Warrior meme.   And it seemed to take immediate and lasting effect.   They "improved".

We should in similar fashion remind our "media" and social media that of the 16 personality types (Briggs Meyers), more than half will be very put off by a one sided "presentation of information". 

Why more than half, since the spectrum of how the 16 types divides into classic liberal and conservative view, is roughly half if each type had to "take a side" but some on the spectrum, like the ENTJ that I am, have both liberal and conservative aspects of our personality.    And WE  WILL BE PUT OFF, by a simplistic "that's the way it is" presentation of information without any critical analysis. 

Why am I staunchly Conservative in most of my presentations, even though holding many classically liberal views?   Simple, the liberal view was the easiest for the Globalist to Co-opt, to takeover, and to mold it into their purposes, so they did.    Open borders is bat shit fucking insane, and yet many push it, because that is "the liberal view".     The co-opted liberal view is mostly wrong, and their is a battle on, a battle for the very soul and control of our Country, USA.

The second study used a proprietary software to somehow track decision making, and to somehow get people to make decisions on their own, and then revisit that decision as a team of varying diversity. 

Here is my UMBRAGE -- Their way of determining whether a decision was "improved" was simply

be determining whether the single person making a deicsion, changed their mind, when others were involved.   It DID NOT analyze the sucess of the group decision OUTCOME, simply whether a deicsion was changed. 

Now that may play out in reality, but I am not buying it without quite a bit of additional research and statistics.    I call bullshit until proven with at least some evidence.
