Obama Judge, Highly Slanted Amy Berman Jackson -- Voids Manafort Plea Deal -- Setting Him Up For Prison

STOCK HERE - I ADDED SOME INFORMATION FROM A SMART VOATer, at the bottom on additional charges from June 2018.
------------------------------------------
This Obama Judge, a Harvard grad no less, is

  1. Now handling the Stone and Manafort Cases.
  2. She "handled" The Benghazi case, throwing out the complaints of the families to Protect HRC.
  3. She "handled" Fast and Furious to prevent Holder from being prosecuted.
“My mother is white, liberal and Jewish, and my dad is black, Christian and conservative,” he told the host, who seemed a bit surprised.

Above is spoken by the son, 23, on Jeopardy.   Did she marry to create one of the infamous "power couples" that can't testify against each other?

Did she demand the excessive use of force and money, and the leaking of the raid to CNN?    In the Stone Gestapo raid.

The CNN take is here, if you can stand it.

------------------------------------

She was appointed by Obama, and then defended Holder, protected him from even receiving prosecution for the Fast and Furious debacle.

She dismissed charges brought by parents of Benghazi victims.   Seriously, if there is something seriously effed up going in the CF regime (say starting 1999) she was there to protect the guilty.

Lets review what Manafort was charged with, HINT it has absolutely nothing to do with Russia, and nothing to do with Trump.

This comes from USA today, not sure how Deep Stated they are

Lets note this though, the "Filing false returns" was based upon 5 people who, if the charges against Manafort were true, that they themselves committed crimes because they created false tax filings, even while thinking that they were wrong.    So the feds were going to prosecute these 5, but in a deal to get them immunity (automatic innocence), they flipped to bear witness against Manafort, the "big fish" who could be used to make Trump look bad.

The only very specific "lie" was pointing out as lies about relationship with KK aka Kiliminik, who supposedly Manafort "misled" Mueller about his relationship.   The Atlantic (DS) has information of sorts here.

Bear in mind Manafort had formerly worked for the Podesta group.   And there was a FISA warrant on him prior to joining Trump Campaign, but no one warned the Trump campaign.

They (CIA/FBI) had knowledge of Manafort's illegal process of treating income as "loans" and then later trying to get the "lender" to forgive the prior poorly performing loans, for a new bigger loan.   So this was one of their insurance policies....get Manafort to the inside, after all Hillary crew thought Trump would be the easiest one to run against.....get Manafort on the inside, and then if need be they thought they could later get Manafort to "Flip" on Trump when threatened with his tax evasion.

This wasn't all really clear to me.

from VOAT
That is list incomplete. That was only his first trial. He was facing two trials. He plead guilty before his second trial. He was convicted of 8 charges, facing retrial on 10 more and a different trial on these charges. If these are just max 5 years, that adds up to 35 years. And as you said, Manafort is 70 years old. That's why they are saying prison for life.
COUNT ONE (Conspiracy Against The United States)
COUNT TWO (Conspiracy To Launder Money)
COUNT THREE (Unregistered Agent Of A Foreign Principal)
COUNT FOUR (False and Misleading FARA Statements
COUNT FIVE (False Statements)
COUNT SIX (Obstruction Of Justice)
COUNT SEVEN (Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice)
