If the criminal in charge of the WHO is praising a country.....you know that country is probably going to be in tough shape.   


With numerous studies of Pandemics, I can say almost for sure, China will be in trader's lingo, going for a Dead Cat Bounce.....

But let me coin it....

After cases were dropping off quickly, there will likely be flare up in new places or even in the prior places.

It works like that, and we can how how that worked in American Cities in the 1918 Pandemic.
