I watched the entire Rudy show on OAN for over 5 hours and not one other person who gave comments, of which there were dozens, gave any response that they felt threatened. Quite the opposite.

There written and sworn testimony is all good and fine but this does not count because the difference between a "testimony" and an "affidavit" are quite different and meaningful. One is a legal document and the other is not.

These "..sworn written testimony.." is not a legally binding document whether true or not and needs not have to be filed with the county clerk or court and carries no legal or lawful consequences. You state that they were "submitted". Submitted to who may I ask? Rudy? Sec. of State? Trump? Even if they were submitted they hold no relevance to the truth.

There is a HUGE legal difference between the two words. In short a testimonial is not worth the paper it's written on whereas an affidavit is a legally binding and truthful statement. If you lie you could go to jail on perjury charges and lord knows these fine upstanding citizens would never do that because in a testimony you can lie your heart out and not be held accountable.
