EPA Willingly and Knowingly Negligient in NOT Performing Their Sworn Duties

Out of 140 Active EPA monitoring Stations for Radiation, there are only 32 functioning Beta monitors.

3.75 years after the worst nuclear disaster in the history of mankind.       

In my book that is both civil and criminal negligence.
