COVID DATA, USA and UK, Intensive Care and Ventilators Are WAY WAY Down, Although "Fake Cases" Are Way UP

If you just look at the chart below, you see a scary peak in summer, making people think that could happen again "if we are not careful".  

But look at the table above....many states, and many of them with Bad Actors in their health departments, just started reporting numbers, making it look like a new peak.....and it was not.
