The ghettos of Milwaukee look better than the average neighborhood in Seattle. How far it has fallen.
I am sure there is great history and nostalgia there, and of course, there are going to be very nice neighborhoods also.
Many of the people I met seemed quite nice, its just that they live in an insane state and insane city with policies that don't have a chance of working and producing a productive and vibrant society.
Thats about all I have to say about that.
