Major Crane Accident at Fukushima, Marginalized Workers In A Horrible Environment

This is not the first time that "cam watchers" have saw large cranes falling over in Fukushima. This is not "normal". At a construction site, the operators are highly trained, very methodical. They have a "lift plan" which sometimes needs to be approved by another party. And the larger the crane, the more intense the review. Large cranes just don't fall over, ever, as a general rule.
