66% Of Us Get Cancer, And It Is VERY Easy to Eat a Cancer Fighting Diet -- Crazy Not Too

THIS is a work in progress.   Drop ideas as comments
------------------------------------------------
It is generally recognized now that sugar is a cancer fuel.   So for this years harvest, I have switched to Stevia and Lakanto.  So far so good, recipes need no modification, unsuspecting test subjects noted no change in Apple Pie.

Dandelion Leaves and Roots
Leaves are a great chelator....they removed heavy metals including radiation from the body.

And let's hope that fewer and fewer people have to actually do the fight against cancer if it really appears.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piperlongumine
Piperlongumine (PL) is a natural product constituent of the fruit of the Long pepper (Piper longum),[1] a pepper plant found in southern India and southeast Asia.
Piperlongumine may have anti-cancer properties. In in vitro experiments, it selectively kills some types cancer cells over normal cells.[1] One study in a xenograft mouse model of cancer showed that piperlongumine inhibits the growth of malignant breast tumors and their associated metastases.[1][2] Although this study has been retracted [3]. Its anticancer effects may be due to silencing the GSTP1 gene.[4] Piperlongumine inhibits the migration of breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231), an approach for discovering antimetastatic agents. [5]

Many mushrooms have Anti-Cancer properties, and it is in the medical literature.

  1. Reishi
  2. Shitake
  3. Turkey Tail
  4. Maitake
  5. Chinese Caterpillar
  6. Black Tree
  7. Agaricus Blazei Murill
  8.  Chaga From PubMed
  9.
Most of the clinical evidence for antitumor activity comes from the commercial polysaccharides lentinan, PSK (krestin), and schizophyllan, but polysaccharides of some other promising medicinal mushroom species also show good results.

It's really fun to grow mushrooms, and so amazingly tasty, but it take time, equipment, skill, and enough knowledge to not kill yourself.

So I suggest just buying mushrooms that have been condensed into pill form.   Amazon and Costco have.   Make sure you are getting the anti-cancer varietals

Other Mushrooms are not directly promoted as anti-cancer, but other benefits, like ability to do strenuous activity without building lactic acid.

Some other "super foods" that give you a lot more than JUST cancer protection are
Turmeric
Avocado ---see below
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21984307

Chemical constituents
The fruit contains campesterol, high amounts of β-sitosterol; fatty acids (approximately 60% monounsaturated, 20% saturated, and 20% unsaturated); high amounts of glutathione (27.7 mg/100 g); approximately 2% protein; 6–9% carbohydrates and sugars (glucose, fructose, d-mannoheptulose, a taloheptulose, and an alloheptulose); two bitter substances (1-acetoxy-2,4-dihydroxyheptadeca-16-ene and 1,2,4-trihydroxyheptadeca-16-ene); carnitine; proanthocyanidins; persenones A and B(a).
According to the Case-control study of 209 men 40-80 years old with newly diagnosed, histologically confirmed prostate cancer and 226 cancer-free men attending the same urology clinics conducted by the University of the West Indie, intake of dietary MUFA from whole fruit of avocado are associated to reduced risk and treatment of prostate cancer(1).
Dr. Jackson MD, the lead scientist said, “Whole-blood and dietary MUFA reduced the risk of prostate cancer. The association may be related to avocado intakes. High blood linolenic acid was directly related to prostate cancer” and ” Dietary intakes of other fats were not associated with PCa”(1).

Thoughts on "Organic"

Major epiphany last fall, after “farming” for 5 years…..

Organic is like 400% more nutrient rich, just a handful of organix asparagus will keep you satisfied from breakfast to dinner.

It is NOT about the lack of pesticides, that is a benefit.    The ability to grow organic, and not have huge losses, is the health and strength of the plant itself.    And that is determined primarily by the soil and all its micro-nutrients, big 3 fertilizers, various fungi and other microbiome, worms and insects.

So in a big “duh moment” I discovered that it is the soil quality that makes organic so awesome.

Round ready crops, grown year after year without rotation, relying on chemical fertilizers to “force growth” and of course round up to control the weeds, grow in the lousiest soil around.  Hence the horribleness of the end product.

“When you spray glyphosate on a plant, it’s like giving it AIDS.”
Mike McNeill, PhD.

Iowa agronomist, Mike McNeill, interviewed by science reporter, Jeffrey Smith. Discussion of explicit details from studies showing direct effects to soil, plants, animals, and people from ingestion of the poison Roundup.

Basically, if the standard American diet [SAD] provides most of your food, chemical residue is poisoning your tissues and interfering with critical processes. Incredibly, Roundup has the exquisite ability to shut down a bacteria in the human gut that is a specific defense against bubonic plague. Additionally, Roundup-sprayed foods are severely deficient in critical nutrients. Recommendations from experts: eat organic only.

Article below not by me, and strictly on wheat.   All grains are suspect, most now are GMO and totally dosed with roundup.

By Peter De Boer via The Daily Bell
Let’s imagine the dangers of the ancient jungles and forests our ancestors once hunted and gathered in. Navigating deadly animals, poisonous plants and treacherous landscapes is risky business, no doubt!
Today, I think of the modern Supermarket as insidious as the deepest, darkest jungle. As I enter, the swing gates shut behind me. There is no turning back.
Immediately I see the fresh produce promising a natural food fix. Don’t be fooled, this only masks the lies that lurk within. Bagging up some irradiated apples I’m thrown into what appears to be an orgy of choice, isles upon isles. First I notice the packaging- Pavlov’s stimuli – so many brands, so much brilliant color all competing for my eyes, my gut, my wallet. This is the first real test, running the psychological gauntlet called the grocery aisle. What will I choose?
Expensive items sit at eye level. Cheap brands down below, forcing prostration. Cartoon characters in the cereal isle make eye contact with the children, luring them like strangers promising candy.
Finding the bakery I pick up a loaf and inspect the ingredients. All kinds of shit I don’t recognize. But this is supposed to be bread. What the hell is E927? Its azodicarbonamide – shoe rubber. Oh.

Operation Clean Label

Food Cartels like Nestle are renaming the ingredients list to hide the truth from the 21st-century informed consumer. Instead of E320 Butylhydroxyanisole (promotes tumors), E910 L-cysteine (human & animal hair), E407 Carrageenan (cancer-causing), you’ll see Rosemary “Extract”, Yeast “Extract” and “Functional” Flour, respectively. Classic bait and switch – don’t be fooled.
As I exit the grocery isle labyrinth, my cart stocked with pristinely packaged slow-kill poison I reach the check-out isles. This is where the Supermarket hyper-targets the children. An infinite variety of sugary shit sucks the attention from them like a vampire sucks blood.
With the children suddenly crippled with sugary lust, the magazine rack full of Tabloids distract the adults. The promise of cheap, low-class thrills gives way to insecurity and self loathing. Seeking comfort, I find a temporary high in that perfectly placed estrogen mimicking, liver scarring Snickers candy bar. I deserve it.
The decisions I make at the Supermarket are epically important. Each dollar I spend is a vote. If I support obesity, cancer, heart disease, brain damage, diabetes and the torture of animals, by all means, I’ll buy factory farmed meat and processed foods from Nestle, General Mills, Pepsico, Tyson etc.
Or Maybe I should put my money where my mouth is. My life depends on it.
Supermarket products loaded with unnatural chemicals will not kill me on day one. But the slow build-up of those chemicals in my system will, over time, deteriorate my mental and physical abilities and decide my fate.
I reap what I sow.

Oh for fuck sake anyway.

First fucking mistake - actually going to a grocery store expecting to buy food !!!

AHH HAA HAA HAA HO HO HO HO HEE HEE HEE !!!!!!!

And the first virtue signaling smug asshole who says he is saving the planet by shopping at Whole Foods gets nut kicked continuously for 24 hours straight for being a fucking retarded zipper head Klingon cocksucker from Uranus.

Lesson one. If it comes in a box or a can, it is not food.

Lesson two. If it comes out of a national chain store, it is not food - even their produce in the " organic food " section is both suspect and dead to boot. It spent a minimum two weeks from harvest to truck to distribution center to regional warehouse to store to your fucking grocery cart. That shit is deader than the Monty Python parrot skit.

Lesson three. Go to your local farmers market. Watch carefully to avoid the scammers that buy from stores to resell mainstream dog crap as a local produce lie to make money. Deal with local farmers that are organically certified, that can be verified as bona fide with a visit to the farm or referrals from other buyers. They pick their produce 12- 24 hours prior to you buying it, so the produce you purchase is about as live and vital as it gets outside of growing your own, walking out to the garden, picking it, and eating it real time.

Lesson four. Real food needs cleaning and preparation - devote some of your worthless television / social media time to actually providing yourself with living food and learning how to prep healthy raw living foods. Probiotics. Fermented vegetables. Fresh juices you make yourself. Do some canning and preserving. If you love meat, buy grass fed beef by the side or quarter - pool with a couple friends if necessary to do so, and enjoy meat without GMO crop feeds, meds, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, and feed lot stress before slaughter.

Lesson five. Food is seasonal - learn how to eat and preserve what is in season, and how to ignore food that never grew here to begin with. Buy in bulk for grains, nuts, seeds, and beans from trusted organic certified farms. Learn how to dehydrate, can, preserve, mylar bag with oxygen absorbers for dry goods, freeze, and otherwise stretch the bounty of the growing season through the winter.
Lesson six. Grow your own food as much as possible - even if it is in 5 gallon buckets and potting soil on your balcony of your inner city apartment, it will still be far more vital, delicious, and nutritious than any of the fucking dog shit for sale in a store.

Lesson seven. I live in a fucking city of 5 million plus - it is easy to find farmers markets, buy good food, and do prep, preservation, and all the above in your own home. It just takes some effort. You don't need a fucking farm - you just need a kitchen, a juicer, a food processor, a food dryer, and some canning jars and equipment. Plus the will to spend time learning and doing food prep rather than sitting on your ass in front of the tee vee every fucking night after work. I average 1-2 hours per day to eat well, and advance prep food for storage to make winter not such a bad time to be eating relative to available local produce. If you are living in a winter snow state, at least shop a real organic food co op or store for winter produce.

You get one body, one life - take care of it, and tell the medical profession to go fuck themselves by not giving them your life savings to die horribly of treatments that will never cure the cancer you get otherwise. And, just because food is no guarantee, live a full life to the last day, and let whatever you get coming to you kill you cheaply instead.

We all live, we all die. Accept it, tell the chemo radiation witch doctor vampire motherfucker to fuck off, that he ain't getting a penny to kill you slowly and expensively. Give all your shit and your money to your kids, and die like a man with honor, dignity, awareness, and in full command of your faculties, and your destiny.

And, lastly, I don't give a fuck if you disagree - this is for people that want quality of life, and have a shred of consciousness left to determine their own destiny with. For all of those souls, good luck, and long lives, with my best wishes for your personal success and victory over the Borg Collective Social Media Brave New World Psychopathic assholes we few aware souls live amongst. All you other whiney bitches can go fuck yourselves with a baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire covered in flaming napalm for lube.

Remember - you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

Absolutely.

As I read the article title I was looking forward to seeing the typical store-supplied diet eviscerated as it should be.  Instead TDB ignores all the real problems (and essentially promotes those problems) while bringing up a few secondary issues, a whole lot of extremely minor issues, and several total non-issues.
SODIUM NITRATE/NITRITE (Multiple types of cancer.) Read ingredient lists to avoid.
This appears to be wrong.  There was apparently one shitty study that indicated a link, and no one's been able to reproduce it.
Furthermore, though you won't find it on the ingredients list, vegetables like celery contain sodium nitrate, and when sodium nitrate reacts with saliva it converts to sodium nitrite.  So, yeah, TDB is claiming that celery causes cancer, but he doesn't even know it because he's so nutritionally ignorant.
Carrageenan (cancer-causing)
This was based on another single-instance junk study.  I've actually looked into this one in the past.  The crazy bitch that did this study didn't even use carrageenan in the fucking study.  She used something that can only be produced from carrageenan under extreme conditions (higher temperatures than any food frying temperature, and highly acidic).  There's neither evidence nor any mechanisms by which carrageenan can convert to the substance she tested in the human body, nor during cooking, nor any evidence that carrageenan itself has the effects her study suggested.
"ACRYLAMIDE (Carcinogen.)"

I expected this article to talk about real hazards - such as sugar (especially fructose) and starches.  You could eat french fries every day of your life and the chances of getting cancer from the acrylamide are likely on the order of getting killed by a bolt of lightning.  On the other hand, the chances of the starch in those french fries contributing to you ending up with diabetes, heart disease, cancer, metabolic disorder, and/or fatty liver disease is rather high (same order of magnitude as 50%).  Sugars and starches also contribute to depression, leaky gut syndrome, Alzeihmers, tooth decay, chronic fatigue, weight (fat) gain, and about a zillion other conditions.

I also expected this article to talk about stuff like "grass-fed beef" which is effectively a lie.  Many meat producers feel free to use the label "grass-fed" as long as the cattle has eaten grass anytime in their whole life, but that meaning is bullshit because it doesn't control the nutritional value of the meat/fat produced.  "Grain finished" meat (which hardly anyone advertises their meat as being anymore even though most meat is) is deficient in vitamin K2, and that leads to mass K2 deficiencies in western world humans which is a major contributor to artery calcification (arteriosclerosis), kidney calcification (kidney stones), possibly oral calcification (tartar), and calcification of other bodily tissues (and I believe joint issues as well).  "Grain finished" meat is also much lower in omega 3 fatty acids (which most people are deficient in) and much higher in omega 6 fatty acids (which most people are getting FAR too much of).

Do I even need to explain to anyone here why they should be staying the hell away from the vegetable oils?  (Polyunsaturated fatty acids are unstable.  They oxidize readily, even more so if you cook with them [basic chemistry: higher temperature = more reactions], and they then go on to create oxidative stress in your body when you eat them.  Monounsaturated is more stable.  Saturated is the most stable.  Animal fats, especially good ones, are high in saturated and monounsaturated fats and low in poly-unsaturated fats.  There are a few plants [like coconuts] that also yield oil very high in saturated fats.  Another issue with vegetable oils is that they are mostly omega 6 fatty acids, which is a pro-inflammatory that most people get too much of.)

If the author is so concerned about cancer, besides sugars/starches (which contributes to cancer via both inflammation and metabolic syndrome routes), maybe he would bring up how most people are magnesium deficient, and magnesium deficiency both increases DNA copy errors AND degrades the ability to correct those errors when they happen, greatly increasing cancer risks.  Some mandatory food labeling for vital nutrients like magnesium would help shoppers determine that they are falling far short of what they need.  (Admittedly only a small fraction would actually benefit from that though - most people don't really seem to care about their health enough to even know HOW to eat right, much less do so.)

And if the article is going to call stores a "deadly food jungle", maybe he could point out that one of the most nutritionally hazardous food groups is seeds/nuts/legumes because they contain phytic acid which leaches minerals from your gut - you can cut the amount of minerals you get from a meal by 50% by ADDING some of these foods to the meal.  Furthermore these foods can contain other substances (lectins, amylase inhibitors, tannins, etc.) which are there to attack whoever eats these foods.  (These chemicals are defense mechanisms that plants have evolved to discourage animals from eating their babies, and in some cases to protect them as they travel through an animal's digestive tract.)
