LOL the new meme is that declassifying correspondence of paid government employees is bad.

There has already been shown a clear trend of creation of data (full on lies generated) and illegal spying.   These are criminal offenses.  

The declassification may make it clear enough that criminal charges may be brought.      The "protected class" is quite worried that there protection may be going away. 

You know how hard it can be to fire a federal employee?   Quite hard.   If they are not "guilty" they would file a lawsuit for lost wages, etc.
