Thomas this is freaking important. Avenatti operated 2 nested LLCs on a coffee shop business. He collected $5M in employment taxes from baristas, and then in a series of bankruptcies and sales, he kept all that money for himself, did not give to Feds. Corporate Veil!
Under law, any structure created JUST to avoid paying taxes can be declared null and void. So Avenatti could have been gone after personally. But IRS and DNC types decided a different strategy... a Trump Attack Dog. Story of the Century methinks. Find it.

Very insightful observation and prediction. She is a serial sex harassment plaintiff (not necessarily a victim), with $100K plus of tax liens to cover. An easy mark for a shyster lawyer to put up for a false accusation like this.
