Nuke Dump "Fire" Can Kill 61,000,000 Americans -- EPA Shuts off the Beta and the Gamma Radiation Detection

Last week was a nuclear dump fire, in which the startling an amazing caught video of the explosions and volcanic ejections was just recently making the rounds.

ENENEWS caught some Gamma 5 Radiation data from Las Vegas and published it, here.

 http://enenews.com/epa-data-shows-radiation-spike-major-city-after-explosions-nuclear-waste-facility-ap-drums-buried-waste-blasted-sites-fence-large-crater-reported-emergency-official-govt-brought-resources-ive-ne

Let me post the punchline at the front, how many people could be killed by what is KNOWN  to be a Beatty, and they did have documented sloppy practices.    61,000,000 People Can Be Killed!

They weren't supposed to dispose of any liquids at this site, but they did it ROUTINELY AND ILLEGALLY!

I caught the EPA with their pants down (or at least the camera turned off while their pants were down) North and East of Vegas is St George Utah.

Then the Nevada nuclear dump fire "officially" started on the 18th of Oct.     Clearly it started a day or two before as the Gross Gamma count, started climbing.    This probably set off alarms at EPA because this site is otherwise very consistent.

So the EPA then just shuts off the monitor DATA.     Good work Gina McCarthy, she learned that trick during Fukushima.

stock here, look at this 4 months of continuous radiation monitoring results....no gaps, no strange behavior.

Looks like St George UT didn't even get the worst of the plume as most of it went almost straight north.    That must have been one heck of a plume.

Salt Lake City UT definitely saw a  Gamma spike from the Nevada Beatty Nuke Dump Fire, this is a logarithmic scale too, so small chart changes mean huge changes in reality.

"They" would have us believe that the Beatty nuke waste dump was just a little trench that they threw some old gloves into.

Reality is far different, all these drums rust out, the materials, metals, fluids combine or even fractionally separate by density

And this is the guy responsible for Emergency Protection who states all those alphabet soup agencies mobilized so quickly it was impressive, but they didn't find any radiation, at all.
Vance Payne

Yes, he is bringing us a  lot of Payne.

1 Curie is 37 billion becquerels (radioactive shots per second).

From Mining Awareness --- Great stuff over there!

According to American Ecology, about 47 pounds of plutonium was disposed of at the Beatty, Nevada, facility. Also, US Ecology’s December 1994 plan to stabilize and close its disposal facility for low-level radioactive wastes at Richland, Washington, states that approximately 450 pounds of plutonium was disposed of at that facility, including about 270.3 pounds of plutonium-239. Finally, about 140 pounds of plutonium was disposed of at the Kentucky facility.GAOLRCED-98-40R Questions on Ward Valley http://pbadupws.nrc.gov/docs/ML0827/ML082760004.pdf

  1. Its all rhetoric stock. There is no 65 million at risk. You're really pandering to the TATAL crowd here. There is no scientific proof for that belief. But hey its your bandwidth. Write what you like. Doesnt make it true.

    1. Would you take a 350 microgram body burden of Plutonium? No freakin way.

That is a "pretty for sure" going to kill you quickly dose. Now the reality....that video camera man....I am worried about him.

Indeed I understand that just because it is in the air, does not mean it is going to go into a particular person in high quantity. Some animals might "volunteer" also. And some will fallout and combine with dirt or water and not become relevant. But some of that will resuspend, maybe in a forest fire or storm, and become relevant.

      But is 50 micrograms OK?

Would you take 50 as a test if someone gave you $50,000 to try it?

Well, do you feel lucky nukist?

    2. SO yes, 61,000,000 deaths if that 47 pounds of PU was perfectly distributed. Will it be? The odds are astronomically against it. Will some people in the plume get 1000 microgram, maybe. Will some get 80 microgram....probably.

    3. Seriously, the absolute apathy, ignorance and NON CARE for other humans in America is becoming so disturbing. Blinders purposely kept on, especially since it cannot be seen by the eyes. There should be ZERO. Period. If you think it's okay, then go there and suck it up in your physical body. But, you won't and further more, you don't CARE.

    4. Ya sheep, the nukists ranks are filled with sociopaths, not just not caring, but some of them actually take joy in their power to openly kill people and let new mom's have babies without brains.

    5. Ah, unlike the noble and kind anti-nuclear crowd that absolutely adores coal and oil and the 1 million + deaths it causes every year.

Oh, and your calculations are assuming both perfect distribution and that there is 47 pounds of reactor grade Pu. Both of which are a bid odd. Oh, and you are also ignoring the spikes earlier that month that were much larger than the one you say that was caused by the fire.

    6. From the NRC doc---
According to American Ecology, about 47 pounds of plutonium was disposed of at the Beatty, Nevada, facility. Also, US Ecology’s December 1994 plan -

You can rest assured, that those blatant law breakers lie on the risks....if they admit 47 pounds of Pu, its probably 500 or 2000 pounds.

Agreed, those calcs assume perfect distribution into human lungs, BUT they are also based on a conservative 350 micrograms, where many state that even 1 microgram lodged as body burden in your lungs will likely kill you. I don't buy that, although 1 microgram MIGHT kill you, it probably wouldn't be the thing that deals you your final blow.

Just because there are bigger spikes, does not negate the timing of that smaller but perfectly timed spike. And if we are talking plutonium....well its hard to get much CPM off of plutonium and its merry band of isotopes.

  2. PUBLIC LAW 105—85—NOV. 18, 1997: USE OF HUMAN SUBJECTS FOR TESTING OF CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL AGENTS

SEC. 1078. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF HUMAN SUBJECTS FOR TESTING OF CHEMICAL OR BIOLOGICAL AGENTS.

    (a) PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.—The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)

    (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
    (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects.

    (b) EXCEPTIONS.—Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e), the prohibition in subsection (a) does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:

    (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity.
    (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
    (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control.

So section (a) prohibits these cruel and inhumane chemical and biological tests on humans.

Then section (b) says that the prohibitions in section (a) do not apply to tests carried out for virtually any purpose. So section (b) completely negates the prohibitions of section (a).

    In Other Words:
The U.S. government can test chemicals and biological agents on humans for nearly any purpose they desire.

The Following Should Also Be Noted
The term "biological agent" as stated above in (a)(1) is defined in (e) as follows:

    Quote:
    (e) BIOLOGICAL AGENT DEFINED.—In this section, the term
‘‘biological agent’’ means any micro-organism (including bacteria,
viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance,
and any naturally occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized
component of any such micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance,
whatever its origin or method of production, that is capable
    of causing—
    (1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a
    human, an animal, a plant, or another living organism;
    (2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or
    materials of any kind; or
    (3) deleterious alteration of the environment.

    In Other Words:
The U.S. government can test chemicals and biological agents on humans that cause death, biological malfunction, and deleterious alteration of the environment. The term "deleterious alteration of the environment" applies to all radioactive elements

  3. Intelligence collection analysts collaborate with a number of other analysts and collectors throughout the Intelligence Community, which allow them to identify any gaps in intelligence and develop strategies to close these gaps. These CIA professionals must produce written briefings that detail their findings to U.S. policymakers.

Intelligence collection analysts also seek to develop current collection systems and acquire new collection systems that represent the interests of the CIA. Intelligence collection analysts also partner and collaborate with other collection professionals in intelligence collection strategy forums and sensitive collection programs.
Understanding the Process of Intelligence Collection

Intelligence is said to be the fuel on which the Intelligence Community operates. And the first part of the intelligence process involves its collection. In fact, everything and everyone in the process depends on the collection of intelligence.

Intelligence collection analysts of the CIA are therefore responsible for ensuring the successful collection of all relevant intelligence, which is then used to produce the finished intelligence reports that are provided to U.S. policymakers when making crucial decisions.

Intelligence collection analysts may focus their efforts on any number of avenues when it comes to the acquisition of raw intelligence, including:

Signals intelligence – Involves the interception of signals between people or machines
Imagery intelligence – Involves obtaining information using radar and infrared sensors, lasers, and visual photograph, just to name a few
Measurement and Signature Intelligence – Involves using scientific and technical intelligence information to locate and identify the special characteristics of specific targets; this may include nuclear, acoustics, seismic, optical, or materials sciences
Human-Source Intelligence – Involves the collection of intelligence from human sources
Open-Source Intelligence – Involves obtaining intelligence form publicly available information, such as television, newspapers, the Internet, or commercial databases, just to name a few
Geospatial Intelligence – Involves imagery and mapping data gathered from commercial and government satellites, commercial databases, census information, or GPS

  4. "A candidate for eliminating 90 percent of the world’s population is airborne Ebola (Ebola Reston), because it is both highly lethal and it kills in days, instead of years. “We’ve got airborne diseases with 90 percent mortality in humans genetically spliced with 5 other virulent microbes. Award winning scientist, Dr. Pianka University of Texas evolutionary solutions for population control.

The depopulation quotes and intentions of the world’s most important leaders and institutions is evidence that the plans are being implemented. When so many influential leaders speak about the need to depopulate the world, you might pay attention to their actions. The best prepared will survive, but they must immediately begin decommissioning work, or they too will perish.

The depopulation agenda is being legitimized by various global think tank groups as a means to instantly halt the industrialization of the planet in order to save it from the overuse of fossil fuels, starvation & riots over limited resources.

    1. The grid will go down. As soon as possible you will need to know the difference between a normal power failure, rolling blackouts and when the plug has been pulled for good. People on ham radio networks will be the only ones who can discern if it is a national scale event. (We strongly advocated against the use of EMPs to induce the total blackout.) If EMP's are used then you will know from the stalled vehicles that bio war is already in full process to clear USA first for later habitation by easier to manage people from the republic of China.

    2. Over ten thousand sleeper cells already in the USA have their various religious reasons to Biblicaly enact pouring the vials out upon the land, seas, rivers and water purification facilities. Bio-genetics will also be released by professionals trained to do it on a more clinical basis.

300 million are projected to die in 72 hours. For the youngest & oldest it will be very swift. Other diseases will kill more people during the first six months of human decay, combined with very limited medical survivors.

All survivors should immediately proceed toward their nearest nuclear power stations. Teams of at least ten per plant are already trained to manage the consequences of this event. All survivors will need to assist the nuclear professionals conducting the critical first phases of removing rods to cooling ponds. Volumes of instructions, in several languages, are being distributed to every American facility.

Mostly likely there will still be about 200 other meltdowns in other countries. Take potassium iodine and read your books on how a future generation may survive decades after the most radioactive atmospheric levels pass.

Chemical engineers from OSHA are www.ready.gov to secure the most volatile storage tanks of Boron Tricholoride, Hydrogen Cyanide, Nitric & Slfuric acid, Tungsten Hexafluoride and Ethylene Oxide.

Union Carbide representatives will hopefully secure the Methylamine Phosgene. Many other toxic industrial strength substances will leave most manufacturing areas as dead zones for over a decade.

Last year when we were inspired by Germany decommissioning. Scorching heatwaves, Pacific Radiation and overheating nuclear cooling systems are only a few factors in process. Very few will survive the chemicals and radiation. NUCLEAR should be decommissioned now to assure maximum species survival in the aftermath. Operation Jade Helm phase 3 will continue drills in 2016.
