Riddle Me This -- Pfizer is Sponsoring Ads On Facebook To Advertise Clinical Trials, But There Are Only 2 Within a 9000 Mile Span from Midwest. Why are they doing this? Answer so that people think that there are lot of clinical trials going on.

      Who in their right mind cares about clinical trials at this point and time. In the beginning I could see why trials would matter but NOW??
