    This is more easy to understand in English not Japanese.

    From link above;
    "According to the results of the basic survey of all Fukushima residents,
    62.2% are less than 1mSv,
    31.6% are from 1mSv to 2mSv, and
    5.5% are from 2mSv to 3mSv. Very different."
