New York Legislation Describes Indefinite Detention (Reviewed Every 90 Days) For Any "Suspected" Cases Of Anything They Deem Harmful

You can read through yourself.   I have highlighted the most  relevant parts.

Hilariously, in the same sentence they indicate that clear and convincing evidence is needed, but then they continue on to say a "suspected case" is enough to put someone into a detention center.   Which may or may not be a health care facility, it only has to prevent the spread of the disease....you know, kind of like a "Death camp".

Curious how at the end they bring up people contaminated with radiation, and then through in "Directly Observed Therapy".   

In other words --- police, FBI, or CIA will be present with guns and make sure the Health Workers administer exactly what the court, or designee of the governor, or the governor have directed to have happen to the Detainee.
