I was thinking that earth was due for a 8.0 plus earthquake, and then noticed we had one early in the year....I must have been super busy to miss that one!
With the weakened magnetic field (pole shift occurring), greater GCRs priming the magmas, I do expect a bunch of earthquakes in the near future as the primed magma, and the plates get hit by magnetic tantrums from the sun and SEPs and other mass ejections.

The last time I predicted action at Kilauea, Mar 21 2021, there was a flurry of earthquake activity that apparently closed off a Magma flow path, allowing a trigger of the Iceland Volcano!
It looks like the eggheads are trying to keep up with me by mapping the Magma Chamber, the Moana Loa elevated Magma chamber, which I have already done.
They try to find triggers for the 2018 event, and they completely miss that it was an Indonesia trigger which I discovered in 2018, LOL. Someday I will have to tell them.
The second study focused on the period following the 2018 eruption. Here Wang et al. used GPS and interferometric synthetic aperture radar data to examine deformation around the caldera associated with the volcano's known reservoirs—the shallow Halema'uma'u reservoir (HMM) and the deeper South Caldera reservoir (SC)—after the eruption ended in August of 2018. They documented inflation on the northwestern side of the caldera and deflation on the southeastern side of the caldera, indicating that the summit magma chambers are hydraulically distinct. The concurrent East Rift Zone (ERZ) inflation indicated dynamic magma transfer between the summit and the ERZ.

ReplyDeleteTo take your mind off such weighty issues as earthquake theory and prediction of volcanism, fake events (e.g., read Miles' paper on the Lincoln assassination as a manufactured event for a really explosive introduction to this type of research and investigation!), I highly recommend listening to one or other or both recent interviews with Dr. David E. Martin. As close to earth shaking you will get for some time, I'd wager.
