 If someone was not paying attention, it could lead to stupid actions, like taking the Jab

And I know people who are on the right path of knowledge, but they just had to limit their exposure to news for their own good. 

If I were the Cabal, I certainly wouldn't want people finding true news, I would try to discourage it actively.    So is that what this 35 page document is?
