Love the comments! Wouldn’t it be great if every state legislature appointed a “Special Counsel” with a deadline of not more than 6 months. The constitution does not have a provision in it to deal with corruption in elections.
I’ve read it is speculated if states find election corruption, one option is to take back their electoral votes. At that point it would be who ever have the most electoral votes as the 270 minimum would be erased. I personally hope they look a House and Senate votes also.
I read experts said in presidential elections there has never been more than 140 million votes. Say this was an unusual election and 160 million voted. As long as we are guessing, I think Trump got 128 million votes and Biden go 32 million.
