stock here - per usual, the "experts" are left in the dust by a simple obvious observation.    Last May I noted the Hawaii Volcano getting its largest earthquakes in in wee hours just past midnight.    That got me thinking.....why is that?

Then my Heliophysics work on Sun, sun spots, magnetism, and effects on earth's magnetic fields and thus on the blocking or allowing of GCR's (Galactic Cosmic Rays with 1000's of times the energy of normal gamma rays) could be at play.

When the sun is "quiet" we get more Cosmic Rays enter the atmosphere.   This causes cloud nucleation and thus clouds, and relfected sunlight, and cooler temperatures. 

The new Hypothesis is that the GCRs, which can penetrate 2 or several miles into the earth also activate gasses within the magma, which then cause rising of a gas filled volume, which reduces pressures, and causes expansion of the gases, more and faster rising and then release of other gases as the pressure comes off even more.    Stock said so.

In 1257 Rinjani volcano erupted, it was  a big one.   It came as the sun was very quiet, the Maunder minimum.    And between the quiet sun, and the super eruption, the little ice age was started.   Those times sucked, with crop failures and regime change.

Hi Bob - This could very well be the cause of the Dark Ages, and if so, it shows how NATURAL events on the earth can also cause cooling/warming periods.  During periods of orogeny (mountain building from tectonic collisions like Himalayas, Andes, Rocky mtns., Kilimanjaro etc.) mountain chains form with active volcanoes on the crest of the chains (like Sierras in Calif. - there have been diamonds found in alluvial deposits where gold nuggets are found).  These massive volcanic events last a long time and pump huge amounts of gases, particulates, and water into the atmosphere, causing blocking of sunlight which lowers temperature.

I think this is an interesting article, because the chemical fingerprint for each volcano is different.  They can analyze the dust they find in glaciers for that period, and chemically match the rare earths in it to the volcano the dust came from. 

Many many volcanoes around the world have been chemically fingerprinted because it is used in so many disciplines - ice cores used to create an ice record of climate change, archaeology where obsidian is used to establish trading routes, dating flows on volcanoes to build a history of eruptions etc. etc.  I am surprised that the ash in the Swiss glaciers was not matched with the volcano it came from already.

Simple Ways to Protect Yourself From Cali Radiation From Wild Fires

All of the Cali wildfires have the capability to release radiation and heavy metals  

One was especially bad, it burned the Rocketdyne area, which had several accidents, but one big accident, some say 1000 times bigger than 3 Mile Island.  These never got cleaned up, and the plants and trees get them from the ground and become part of the plant/tree.    Thus radiation is released when they burn.

The main threat probably lasts a week.

Great time to eat some Gobo, everyday.  

Solution to avoid uptake is to not breath it (use the good air filters we already have running) and to keep the body saturated with “good chemicals”

If the body is “needy” for chemicals, it will grab the bad chemicals that are often “look a likes” for stuff that is good and the body needs.

Strontium 90 is one of the worst, it gives you bone, blood, liver cancer.    It mimics Calcium, so if you are low in calcium, it can go into your bones.    Take  a vitamin, and especially, for overall health, the combination of Calcium and Magnesium is very good.   Both are now packaged in a single pill.    Drinking milk, of course, is a simple way to boost calcium.

The other really likely and super dangerous ones are Plutonium and Americium 241.    These can be blocked from internal uptake by keeping the body non-acidic.    Long term use of high level of “Baking Soda” are not healthy and need to be closely looked at, but in a short duration event, like a week, I see no problem with dosing up with several glasses of baking soda water per day, say 1 TSP to 1 TBS per glass.

One  commentor asks "got Iodine".    It's plain wrong and a false sense of security.   People think that "Iodine" is some magic radiation protection, when it fact it only protects against one type of radiation I-131 (and to a lesser extent I-129 in much smaller quantities, but with a long half life).   I-131 has a half life of 8 days which start when the reaction or the accident ends.    So in 80 days, it is pretty much all gone (2 to the 10th power).   Iodine is no longer an issue from the 1960's much less than from even a year ago.

Here is the story about the deadly California wildfires.

A reader submitted a meme that didn't even cross my mind.    These fires (15 of them) were all intentionally set, almost at the exact same time.    Under a theory of maximum chaos, maximum stress, maximum financial difficulties, a classic roll out of Globalist agenda to weaken and stress the USA.    At a cost of less than $100.    How could they not take this opportunity?   See bottom for video.

Fox goes on to describe the smoke as "toxic" implying that this is something more than normal smoke.    No doubt, I think that the levels of several atomic bombs of radiation could be released, as northern California was heavily dosed from Fukushima fallout.   That radiation get bio-incorporated into the plants and trees, and gets released in a fire.    The fire cannot alter or eliminate the radiation, nor the process of bio-incorporation into plant life, only time gets rid of radiation.    And at the end of that multi-step process...the best case scenario is that you end up with lead. 

This other article attempts to dispel "toxic" even though the Fox article never even hinted at radioactivity.
