ZH Now Promoting for the Nuclear Cartel, Google Disappearing Early Fukushima Coverage

I broke the "Fukushima Story" on my blog, but also on Zero Hedge, days after the tsunami in which disinformation and no information were everywhere.

I needed to assess the situation. I had family in Japan and I lived in Hawaii. This was important and I got up to speed quickly, quickly enough to know to stay out of the rain.

It was a great article, it showed pictures depicting totally destroyed steaming hulks of mess, which
the media were still referring to as "Reactor Buildings". I looked for this article.....

Google has disappeared all articles from 2011!!!!!!! They destroyed the early coverage of Fukushima.

This article completely ignores the reality. Plants sitting unused for 8 years are impracticle to restart, they are already pushing 50 years old, and sitting around is not good for machines of any kind. So restarting any of them will be prone to nig problems.

And buying "new nuke" is absurd, the prices are now like $65B with interest carrying cost during construction.

The whole "wealth management" thing reminds me of a state intelligence "map shop" store front for nefarious activities.

Go to a mysterious office in the day and claim you are helping to build wealth - an operation in itself that would have very low public visibility. Then return to your jail cell at night.

So who exactly are his "clients"/handlers/ and extortion victims? Were people physically going to this office? Because if not why even maintain such an expensive office when you could just as easily do such telephone/email from a home office?

Perhaps Epstein was building wealth for his "clients" by having them invest in equipment for extortion operations. Or perhaps some state intelligence actors provided those services for free to wire the island and other locations/vehicles to record every action. All compromised parties involved are then blackmailed for either money or political influence.

The waiting game plays very well here. Get these people compromised early in their careers and say nothing until these persons get to a level of power/wealth/influence that serves the blackmailer's purposes and then spring the trap. These compromised people then have everything to now lose if they don't go along. With enough time compromised individuals may make their way through all levels of LE, government, corporations, or other areas of influence.

The blackmailer then tells those compromised to "invest" by paying blackmail monies to his "investment" firm or granting some type of favor. The compromised persons then help to setup other people to prey upon to get even more money/influence for the ring leaders. In the end it is a bunch of rats cannibalizing one another with the real sex crime victims being expendable collateral damage.

This smells of a highly planned and managed, long term blackmail operation. In real law enforcement legitimate state law officers attempt to get the criminals off the street to avoid harm to the public as soon as possible. There may be some slight delay to get more discovery to take down others involved in the crime but harm to the public is of key concern.

But this has been happening for over a decade. No legitimate LE operation can justify such a time frame considering the potential public harm. It also means LE have to look the other way as these crimes are being committed. It then means LE have become an accessory before and after the fact for such crimes.

With no public records for this "investment" firm how would anyone know what is really occurring? I can also see this becoming one big pyramid scheme of extortion with various tiers preying upon one as more and more people become entrapped.

The problem is without some big physical protection people as Epstein would be dead considering some of the players likely involved. That must be one hell of a "dead man" switch in the hands of other parties.

Considering the unbalanced injustice called Epstein's "plea deal" it is likely he has been working with either FBI/CIA/NSA or some other state actors both foreign and domestic. That is my current take on this never ending rabbit hole. This is simply my opinion.

According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, at least 11 states—California, Connecticut, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, and Vermont—have passed laws banning law enforcement from seizing property from people who have not been convicted of a crime, while three states—North Carolina, New Mexico, and Nebraska—have abolished civil forfeiture entirely.

According to the Institute for Justice (IJ), Hawaii is one of the worst-ranked states for civil asset forfeiture practices. In the second edition of its “Policing for Profit” report, the organization gave the state a grade of “D-” for its “low standard of proof,” which requires “only that the government show by a preponderance of the evidence that property is tied to a crime.” IJ also cited the heavy burden placed on citizens to prove they are not connected to the alleged crime tied to the forfeiture.
Hawaii’s current policy gives 100 percent of the funds and seized property to law enforcement, including state and local police, as well as prosecuting attorneys and the attorney general. HB 748 would have shifted some of the confiscated money and income generated from the sale of forfeited property to a general state fund to reduce the financial incentives police and prosecutors have to seize property and pursue convictions.

Very Profitable Practice for Law Enforcement

Indeed, Hawaiian law enforcement profits immensely from the practice. According to IJ’s report, between 2000 and 2013, law enforcement seized a total of $17,244,129 worth of currency, automobiles, and other property. Hawaii News Now reported in 2015 that the Honolulu Police Department was sitting on $15 million of extra funds thanks to the practice, either from cash seizures or the profit they generate from selling confiscated property. Despite this surplus, by April of that year, the department had spent only $37,000 of their holdings, instead petitioning the Honolulu City Council for $2.6 million to pay for new police cars, motorcycles, and surveillance cameras.
Considering how lucrative civil asset forfeiture is, it should come as no surprise that, as the Hawaii Civil Beat reported, the Honolulu Police Department, the Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office, and the Department of the Attorney General all opposed the reform bill. “We are confident that property is being seized and forfeited fairly and equitably and the abuse present in other jurisdictions simply does not exist here,” the Honolulu Prosecutor’s Office told the legislature.
In his veto explanation, Governor Ige echoed a similar refrain, claiming the state already has enough safeguards to prevent abuse. But supporters of the now-rejected bill disagree.
Addressing Ige’s perspective, which he also expressed last month prior to his official veto, Carl Bergquist, executive director of the Drug Policy Forum of Hawai’i, said:

The notion that there is no abuse of civil asset forfeiture here in Hawai’i is quaint. Last year’s audit reveals that there have been neither oversight nor rules in place to protect property owners from such abuse when it does occur.

According to data from a 2018 state audit analyzing seizures in 2015, in 26 percent of cases, no criminal charges were filed. In 4 percent, the charges were dismissed, meaning nearly one-third of civil asset forfeitures were conducted against people who had not been convicted or charged with a crime.

“They took a whole bunch of assets from legally innocent people,” said Rep. Joy San Buenaventura, who sponsored HB 748. “It’s basically legalized theft by the police, and that’s wrong.”
Bergquist argued that a

[felony] conviction requirement would give police pause before going after low-hanging fruit, and it should be a bare minimum to uphold another notion, one eternal rather than quaint, due process.

That same audit also found the Attorney General had mismanaged forfeiture funds and failed to allocate a portion of them to drug prevention problems as required by law.

It is well-documented that civil asset forfeiture disproportionately affects minorities and the poor. Data from cities around the country from San Diego and Las Vegas to Chicago reflect that, as a 2018 research paper published in the Journal of Criminology and Public Policy noted, “civil forfeitures are disproportionately used against minorities and individuals with limited financial resources to challenge forfeiture actions.”With Ige’s veto of the legislation, which Bergquist says mirrors reform enacted in other states, Hawaii will continue to deny its citizens due process and make a profit in the process.
In the 2018 Supreme Court case Timbs v. Indiana, justices ruled unanimously that the Eighth Amendment’s ban on excessive fines applies to states, as well, which will likely have implications for practices such as asset forfeiture. Further, as IJ notes, since 2014, 33 states and Washington, DC, have implemented reforms.

A Black Muslim Migrant, recently became a cop 2 years ago, 3 complaints on him already.    Mohamed Noor responds to a 911 call from a lady about a suspected assault she heard in the alley way.    The attractive white woman who made the complaint, comes out to the squad car in her pajamas.

Mohamed then proceeds to shoot the unarmed lady, while she was on the driver side of the squad, and the shooter was in the passenger seat.   She got shot in the gut.

The police chief Janee' Harteau, is a female, who is "dating" another female cop on the same police force. In 1996 they filed a sexual harassment complaint because other officers where interrupting their radio transmissions.   in 2012 she was awarded the position of Chief.

One comment seen at independentsentinel said "maybe she was improperly dressed."

In light of the speculations over the avoidance of a “planetary catastrophe” last week by a Russian submarine that caught fire and killed 14 Russian Navy seamen, a report is out that document that a sunken Soviet-era submarine that has been at the bottom of the Arctic for 30 years is leaking radiation into the ocean in excess of 100,000 times. What’s worse is that reading is higher than those taken just twelve years ago.

The report comes from a report from Norwegian news outlet TV2 from researchers in Norway who discovered the findings.

My liberal-Democrat wife had to read it, even though it was on "fucking Fox fucking News with that fucking Sean Hannity"....and even she was COMPELLED to say - "I cannot fucking believe some of these sick fucking stories from your fucking Q conspiracies are turning out to be fucking true. What the actual fuck is going on?!?!"

We both read or watch TV before falling asleep; back in the day, laying in bed together, there were a handful of nights where I would flash her my phone and say "thoughts?" or "just curious, what do you see happening in this picture?" (because I have to tiptoe around Q and Trump shit in my mostly Liberal family).

I showed her the CCTV pic, the one taken at Epstein Island showing the stairwells, and the rooms where some really fucking "not good" shit was absolutely taking place. Its impossible to tell what is going on in my opinion, but you KNOW it aint good. Also the ooooooold "Epstein Island is BURNING" drops. This was WAAAAAAY before any of the recent (recent meaning past 6 months) reporting about that island and the activity & problems on it.

She remembered that. And she cannot stomach discussion about ANYTHING happening to kids for more than 0.455 seconds. So when I hit her with a screengrab of pg294 of the IG Report in a text message with the message "Holy. Shit. Babe. WTF???", she was just speechless and basically just ignored it. HRC & Crimes Against CHILDREN. Yeah, explain that away.

Another picture I happened to show her back as they were dropped by Q was of Raychel Chandler and Wild Bill on Epstein's plane when she was only 15years old. Lo and behold, Bill Clinton releases a statement he has never been to the island or around underage girls with Epstein. So when I saw the statement he made, I screengrabbed it and sent it to her with the message 'Babe, can you forward this picture over to Bill and remind him about the 27 separate flight logs (I included the flight log pic next) of him going there, and other places, sometimes ditching his SecretService crew (which you can see in the notes on some of the trips) with that old pic Q had dropped of Bill and young Raychel?"

Her reply was "well he is obviously lying, how can he not be in trouble for this? Did he really do that sick shit you say they do with the adrenochrome??? Do you REALLY believe that???" and I said very calmly to her "I don't have any direct evidence, so I can't say I 'know' or that even 'I believe' it, but in my opinion, yes, when you start looking how far all of this reaches, and ALIGNS, yes, in my opinion, I would put my money on BABY RAPING & EATING SATANISTS."

We aren't religious. Neither of us. To hear me say that is probably shocking for her just because it implies me giving some validity to scripture, and its coming from ME - "Mr Science, Logic & Coldly Calculated Probability"...
