Febrauary 16, 2014----An asteroid the size of three football fields is set to make a close brush of Earth on Monday, and you can watch the flyby in a live webcast.

Near-Earth asteroid 2000 EM26 poses no threat of actually hitting the planet, but the online Slooh Space Camera will track the asteroid as it passes by Earth on Monday. The live Slooh webcast will start at 9 p.m. EST (0200 Feb. 18 GMT), and you can also watch the webcast directly through the Slooh website.

This is a big one, 880 feet across.    It won't be that close, but let's see if in the "electric universe" or "GUT soup" models, if we get some earthquakes or volcanoes going off.

Uh, had anyone been paying attention to lousy electrical grids being likely to be taken down by Carrington like events?      When small transformers blow out and start the poles on fire and disconnect the wires....that is actually a good thing.     Because the small (and easy to obtain) transformers are sacrificed instead of the very large transformers that control power to say 200,000 people.     The large transformers are not "in stock", and takes about 2 years to build after an order.    

Think about 100 nuclear plants melting down if the USA grid was taken down.   Yes this is possible, in fact, my calculations show a .8% to 1.4% chance each and every year going forward until the next Carrington or larger hits.   ELE Extinction Level Event unless we take actions now.   

And my calculations show that the USA grid can be substantially hardened against catastrophic wide scale loss of grid, for the cost of around $2B.    Or about what the Federal Reserve criminal banking syndicate hands to it's members every 14 hours.

I see where the powers that be place their best efforts.

This is VERY HIGH magnetics.    Im fact, SuspiciousObservers thinks there are errors in there readings.    We do know for  a fact that 3 CME were launched earth directed.   These CME induced magnetism can induce electricity on long power line and pipelines, even underwater.   That is the nature of creating electricity is by passing wires through a magnetic field.    This induced electricity can wipe out transformers or other infrastructure of the grid.

 These sunspots, which can lead to a CME Coronal Mass Ejection, are nearly on the equator of the sun.    This angle allows them to be a possible "Solar Kill Shot".   Usually the sunspots are either 30deg North or South....meaning that even a serious Kill Shot, would only be a glancing blow.

Testing Radiation in Hawaii

Funny how right after my trip to Hawaii, and my reporting of elevated radiation in seawater, that now there are Bills passing through the government to start a 5 year Fukushima radiation monitoring program.       

The Hawaii DOH, Department of Health, in orwellian fashion, states that no program is needed.   These are the same folks who detected strontium in childrens milk, and then quickly backtracked so that those milk shipments could continue on to the kids.     The also detected tons of uranium and plutonium in the air, and did not warn anyone to simply "stay out of the rain".     These criminal fools are now trying to stop a testing program.

There is one reality of a testing program....you might not be happy with what you find.    And those cover-ups are just SO annoying and time consuming.   Sheesh!

Chicago-based Exelon Corp. said Thursday on a conference call following its quarterly earnings results that it will shut down nuclear plants to save money if it doesn't see a path to steady profits this year.
The company’s large fleet of nuclear plants have struggled to remain profitable as they attempt to compete with subsidized renewable generation and stubbornly low natural gas prices, which have driven down the price Exelon receives for power.
Exelon owns 10 nuclear power plants, six of which are in Illinois. Analysts have signaled that if power prices don’t recover its Clinton and Quad Cities generating stations are among the potential closures.

Check out Mestamor Nuclear plant in Armenia , its in worse condition than your old truck .

One of the oldest and the most dangerous nuke plants in the world.

It was damaged by an earth quake and closed down 20 years ago .

It is so damaged that it shouldn't be running at all , but it produces 40 % of the electricity of the country so they keep it running .

It is one of the worst designs , with NO CONTAINMENT !!! it sits on an active fault line .
Its leaking and poisoning two rivers and causing a lot of birth defects and cancers in the population down stream of those rivers.

Nuclear fuel is transferred through with cargo planes which in itself is a risky operation , and nobody knows what they do with the spent fuel rods.

By the last big earth quake (1988) there were cracks in the concrete walls of the plant , they just fixed them with some concrete and they kept it running .

It s a disaster waiting to happen . Armenia cant afford to turn it off and they will keep it running as long it goes.

It is the best candidate for the second Fukushima and no one is doing anything about it .
This is just one example of the aging nuke plants all over the world . Expect many more Fukushimas in the future.

Radon, Radon safety in the home, and the Nuke Pimp lies of Radon Washout

I think my simple test will be (2) Geigers side by side, one with the door over the GM shut (blocking the Alpha).   then compare CPM over an 8 hour run.   Then reverse the door position on the Geigers and run again.    Also run both Geigers door open for 8 hours, a few times, side by side, to see how the cumulative clicks compare.   


A test would need to use 2 identical units.

As an experiment, I wiped some dust from the TV screen onto a tissue, and placed it in front of the radiation detector. The reading went from a background reading around 10 CPM to around 1300 CPM, or 130 times the reading!
This graph shows the radiation (in Counts Per Minute, CPM) over time, as the daughter products decay. In addition to plotting the raw data, I've also estimated the initial amounts of Radium B (Pb₂₁₄), Radium C (Bi₂₁₄) and Pb₂₁₂:


Radium B and Radium C are decay products of Radon. The Radon is produced by Uranium that naturally occurs in the soil, after a rather long decay process. Radon has a half life of just under 4 days. In addition to being produced by local sources, Radon (and it's daughter products) can be blown in by the winds from distant locations. So just because you don't have a radon problem in your basement doesn't mean that you won't find radioactive dust in your house!
The Radon decays into Polonium, which then decays into Radium B, an isotope of Lead. This decays with a half life of about 27 minutes in Radium C, an isotope Bismuth. This decays with a half life of about 20 minutes into another Polonium isotope, which quickly (164 microseconds) decays into an isotope of Lead. The Lead decays with a very long half life of 22 years, so we don't get much radiation from it, or any further products.
The lead and bismuth isotopes both undergo beta decay, and it is their radiation we detect in this experiment. Notice that we initially start with much more Radium B than Radium C. The Radium B decays, producing more Radium C, initially at a rate faster than the Radium C is decaying. So The amount of Radium C starts to increase. Eventually, there is not enough Radium B decaying into Radium C, and the amount of Radium C starts to drop.
Here's the process:

• Radon (Rn₂₂₂) does an alpha decay into Polonium (Po₂₁₈) with a half life of 3.824 days.
• Polonium (Po₂₁₈) does an alpha decay into Lead (Pb₂₁₄) with a half life of 3.05 minutes.
• Lead (Pb₂₁₄) does a beta decay into Bismuth (Bi₂₁₄) with a half life of 26.8 minutes.
• Bismuth (Bi₂₁₄) does a beta decay into Polonium (Po₂₁₄) with a half life of 19.8 minutes
• Polonium (Po₂₁₄) does an alpha decay into Lead (Pb₂₁₀) with a half life of 164 microseconds.
• Lead (Pb₂₁₀) does a beta decay into Bismuth (Bi₂₁₀) with a half life of 22.3 years.
• Bismuth (Bi₂₁₀) does a beta decay into Polonium (Po₂₁₀) with a half life of 5.01 days.
• Polonium (Po₂₁₀) does an alpha decay into Lead (Pb₂₀₆) with a half life of 138.38 days.
• Lead (Pb₂₀₆) is stable.

The black line at the bottom of the graph shows the amount of Lead-212 present. This is a daughter product of Thoron, an isotope of Radon which is produced by Thorium, rather than Uranium. Thoron has a very short half life, about 1 minute. Lead-212 has a much longer half life, almost 11 hours.
