61 Pages of Stories of the Death Of The Pacific

This List Compiled by Kelly Ann Thomas
61 pages describing news aggregation on the death of the largest ocean on earth
Picture of poor little seal, crawling the streets of a city, with pneumonia, because there is no food in the ocean.

Scientists are “baffled”, “befuddled”, concerned”, and “curious” about the die-off of the Pacific Ocean. Almost no one mentions the F word, Fukushima. I put together a list of links from Enenews.com thatshow a direct correlation between the Fukushima and the die-off, even if scientists refuse to admit it. Every story comes from a major publication. These stories have been out since the beginning of themeltdowns. There is not one scientist studying this who does not have access to this information. Either they chose to look the other way or they are incompetent researchers who don’t really want to know thetruth.
There are a thousand links here, all in chronological order. If you are pressed for time, skip to the back and read backwards to see how bad it really is. I put this file together so that when someone says proveit, at least there are 50 plus pages of links that prove that Fukushima is killing the North Pacific Ocean.Humans are next.

… Kai Vetter, UC Berkeley professor of nuclear engineering [said] “Many people realize this is the only source of hard data out there — which was a surprise to me.” …
It’s not that government agencies aren’t tracking the spread of radioactive materials. But they have so far released very little actual data on isotopes of concern to human health, including iodine-131 andcesium-137.
The Washington Department of Health posts only gross radiation levels, with no information on specific isotopes. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which operates a nationwide network of air, rainwater and milk monitoring stations, has released a few batches of data, including two results from milktesting: a sample from Des Moines that showed no detectable radiation and one from Spokane with traceamounts of iodine-131. Scientists from the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Pacific Northwest NationalLaboratory (PNNL) in Richland shared some of the initial data from ultrasensitive instruments designed todetect fallout from nuclear tests, but have since declined to make other results public. …
“If a university professor and his students can collect samples and turn them around in a reasonableamount of time and report it, you would think government officials could do the same,” said RobertAlvarez, senior scholar at the liberal think tank Institute for Policy Studies and a former DOE deputy assistant secretary for national security. …

government was not adequately protecting the population from radiation. [...] “I cannot allow this as a scholar,” said Mr. Kosako, an expert on radiation safety at the University of Tokyo.[...]
He also blasted the government for what he said was a lack of transparency in releasing radiation levels around the Fukushima Daiichi plant [...]
Government advisory positions are considered prestigious, and it is highly unusual for an academic toquit one in protest. [...]
The U.S. government has abandoned efforts to monitor elevated levels of radiation that infiltrated thenation’s water and milk in the wake of a nuclear catastrophe in Japan. [...]
“I really am horrified,” said Daniel Hirsch, a nuclear policy lecturer at the University of California, SantaCruz. “It’s quite staggering and it seems to be part of the pattern of the EPA trying to make sure that thereare no measurements that could cause people to be concerned.”
“The agency will return to testing radiation levels in rainwater, drinking water and milk every three months. The next such tests are planned in August.”

Potassium in the Ocean, Fixing a Reporting and Rounding Error

There is some silliness going on, and I think I know the basis.    Just because you saw something somewhere, you can't strictly trust the value of it unless you know where and how it came into being.   The below is a mistake that is being repeated quoted.

"Since then there have been added at least 1,000 Bq/m^3 of man-made Potassium-40 which is not part of natural potassium"

has been quoted several times at ENE, with the implication that man has added 1000 Bq/M3 to the ocean.

PT had stated 11,000Bq/M3 from a 1971 source.    And then later I calculated 11,800 or round to 12,000
So out of that became  the "1000 bq/m3 of man-made Potassium-40" added

Let's trace the original information

Going to the source document (which is embedded in this post at the far bottom)

From the source document, they use an unusual convention dpm/minute.    K40 decays 90% as a beta, 10% as a gamma.   And Geiger counters are not of perfect efficiency, i.e. they don't catch every disintegration.   Wait for the punchline, but review this first.

NukePro Calcs below and shown originally on this post
http://nukeprofessional.blogspot.com/2015/08/lies-of-nuclear-nuke-propaganda.html

By knowing the "Specific Activity" of K-40 it is then simple to calculate the Bq/Liter, or Bq/M3

Specific Activity 265400 Bq/g

Which is used in my calculation, its one of the blue shaded values above.

So rather than using the scientific specific activity, they used a field measured dpm, and that is the error.     So if their Geiger was 93% efficient, then the 670 dpm, you would add 7% to bring the low efficiency measurement up to the real Bq/min or 717 and then divide that by 60 seconds to arrive at 11.94 Bq/L, and then convert that to M3

11, 940 Bq/M3 Now that is More Like Reality

So all this misunderstanding and "creation of human generated K-40" was simply due to a non perfect Geiger Counter, and an author who choose to round down to 11,000 even.

Sheesh!

Wrap Up On Radioactive Potassium K40 and LNT

stock here:

Saying this with 100% certainty.

Of the Potassium K40 on earth, only a vanishingly miniscule portion is from any nuclear explosions, nuclear reactors, medical reactors, or spontaneous fission.

Like .000000000000001 % is "man made"

It is ALL primordial made, except for completely ignorable "newish" K40 in such low quantities as to be a joke, like 1 Bq per million M3 (million cubic meters) maybe even less.
------------------------------------------------
And K40 is ionizing radiation, whether from the near 100% "natural" aka primordial source, or the miniscule vanishingly small "manmade" K40

And quoting bo quoting code, and as I believe that one reason that K40 does not do much damage is because it is evenly spread out through 70 trillion cells that make up our body. K40 has been around forever, and its in all living things, so all living thing either had to do well with K40 or they wouldn't be around.

We do have cellular level repair methods that work quite well on K40.

Other man made isotopes such as Cesium, Strontium, Plutonium do not spread out uniformly throughout the body, instead they concentrate in particular organs or in bone. Repeated attacks of the same cells in a localized area causes huge damage.

OK so here is the bo/code analogy

Potassium is like the grains of sand on a beach spread uniformly. It might be a mild annoyance if the wind pelts you with some sand, but thats it. Cesium 137 is, thinking of that same beach, a pile of large jagged glass that will do alot of damage as you run over the top of it.

Sure, there is a lot more sand than glass, but the glass is going to do way more damage.
 --------------------------------------------

Finally, "admitting" that there is a lot of natural radiation in the ocean and in our bodies, IN NO WAY is any type of admission that the "hormesis theory" may be true.

I am not even sure how that assumed line of thinking came about

I also can't see any direct correlation to the LNT theory

And since we are here, let me weigh in on the LNT theory.

LNT is a "theory" and a useful for setting conservative guidelines for human protection. That is it's only real purpose. But LNT has also been twisted by the Nuke Cartel to be a strawman of sorts, it's easy to knock down.

It literally says that the damage to exposure curve is Linear and there is No Threshold (LNT).

But anyone understanding physical processes could easily postulate that damage to exposure is very unlikely to be exactly linear, and there very well may be a threshold.

And that threshold will be completely different based on whether the radiation isotope is internal or external to your body. And instead of a linear relationship it is way more likely to be a curve, not a perfect straight line.

And that curve will be different for each isotope, AND for whether it is external or internal.

And for combinations of radio-isotopes it should be readily apparent that the presence of both is likely to be synergistic in a greater negative way. And so this would be yet another curve.

For instance, with both strontium 90 and Plutonium in your body, the strontium will go to the bones, and the plutonium will go the bones, liver, and maybe lungs.      But when they are both "working" on the bones it is going to be more damage than just the addition of each one alone.

Think of it this way.     Let say you are kind of trained in fighting, but you are up against a Jujitsu guy who has a little more power than you.    You are going to take some damage, but you will walk away without having to go to the hospital.     Then another day, you are up against a Tae Kwon Do expert, and you are going to take some damage, but still get out of there alive.

The third day you show up and find out to your surprise that you are in a cage match with the Jujitsu guy and the Tae Kwon Do guy.    They each attack you in a different way, and at the same time.    Sorry, but you are going out of there on a backboard to the ambulance.

So the new damage curve can't be made simply by adding up mSV, the sum of the parts.    It's more complicated than "they" make it out to be.     In fact, it's even worse than that, because some of these radio-isotopes are not poison just through their radiation, but they are poisons as chemicals and sometimes heavy metals

But just because it is complicated, that doesn't mean that we throw our hands up and says it's too complicated so lets just not even worry about radiation until we can see an obvious and immediate effect.

So we know that the LNT theory is just a theory, and beyond that, it will not accurately describe each isotope and especially combinations of isotopes.     LNT is easy to "knock down" if you are pretending that it is highly accurate to predict damage compared to dose.     But that was never it's purpose.    It's purpose was to set a meaningfully safe level of radiation to regulate to so that innocent people were not unduly exposed to ionizing radiation.

So what the members of the well paid Radiation Cartel are up to now is to "knock down the LNT model as a straw man" and then pretend that because LNT can be shown to be wrong sometimes, that we simply replace LNT with "Hormesis, radiation is actually good for you".    It's really quite an absurd course to take, but nuclear is dying under economics and its own weight of being overly complex, they are desperate.

A quick word on "Hormesis"

In the current NRC filing by 3 "people" with highly vested interests (they get paid lots of money to dose people with radiation), they state that "Some amount of radiation is good for you".   One of them tries to back it up with references, which for the most part fall flat on their face, but most people will never read the references.     Out of 30 references, a huge percent are based on studies showing large doses of X-rays and their effects.   They bastardize this with their own version of LNT showing that the large doses at one time, if they were spread out over time, therefore show that low doses on an ongoing basis are OK.

And I call Balderdash on that.    It is very likely that a large one time Xray dose (but not overly large) would do less harm than a continuous string of "small attacks".

Let's go back to the "fighter" analogy.     You get out of your car in Chicago and immediately get attacked by 2 muggers that hit you, and knock you down to the ground.     You are not permanently injured, and you are set back, but you recover and living properly you actually come back stronger and smarter and more cautious.

Now a different scenario.   You leave your apartment, and everyday a bully hits you with a good kidney punch.    You can still continue on and go to work and go about your business, although your body is not filtering poisons quite as well.    As the weeks go by, the damage builds up and your body is even less able to repair itself.    After a year of this daily torture, your kidneys no longer even work and you are on dialysis.

Small continuous attacks can definitely be worse than 1 large attack.   So using the "large dose Xray" as a support for hormesis is a terrible example, and it doesn't support their case, but for those just passing a glance at what appears to be a scientific backup, it could appear to be good support.

18 Goals to a Better World

I saw this comment on "The Daily Sheeple" article regarding how Agenda 2030 (Sustainability, Equality, Climate and Environment) is really just a way to roll out the New World Order.

I added items Zero

http://www.thedailysheeple.com/the-2030-agenda-this-month-the-un-launches-a-blueprint-for-a-new-world-order-with-the-help-of-the-pope_092015

The comment was by moniker

Uh, blue is by me

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Goal 0 - Phase out all nuclear starting with the USA.    Dry cask all fuel that can be casked.    Strengthen radiation protection for the public, do not weaken protections via the lie of "hormesis: radiation is good for you" which the NRC is currently trying to pass.   Force all nuclear plants that once shut down, they have 5 years to completely restore to greenfield status, except in cases where some of their existing infrastructure will be used to facilitate the new solar farms to be built on and adjacent to the nuclear plant.   Right now they are allowed 60 years to let the plant just sit.

Goal 0A - Eliminate the Federal Reserve, To get back to honest money, link the USA money supply to the amount of Gold stored by the Federal Government.   It doesn't have to be 1 to 1, pick a reasonable fixed ratio which cannot be changed short of a constitutional amendment.    Audit Fort Knox and other government stored Gold sites.

Goal 0B - Eliminate all forms of reverse discrimination

Goal 0C - Eliminate all "case law" related to the Constitution, the effect of which has morphed and injured the intent of the Constitution.     If any part of the Constitution needs clarifying (as is implied by case law being present) then clarify the Constitution using modern language that a 7th grader could fully understand.

Goal 0D - Reestablish working and competitive free markets.

Goal 0E - Eliminate the purchasing of the Government.   Eliminate lobbying, eliminate campaign contributions, eliminate the revolving door where government officials cannot ever to work for an industry that they regulated, now can industry executive accept appointments for government positions.

Goal 0F - Eliminate the "police state".     Once people start getting treated like humans again, their won't be the hatred, vitriol, and chance of revolution that create the perceived need for the highly militarized police state.

Goal 1 - To protect myself from communist schemes passed off as help for the poor.

Goal 2 - Be completely self sufficient in growing my own food. have heirloom seeds hidden in multiple places for thieves and feds, I repeat myself.

Goal 3 - Ensure non GMO agriculture worldwide. Make wholesome, organic food the healthy standard it should be. Get rid of all GMOs and start calling food just food again.   Eliminate all laws and regulations that restrict people from the use of their own land in growing food or collecting water in any way they wish.

Goal 4 - Get rid of all propaganda passed off as education and remove all federal school funding. Time to go back to when our children were the smartest, before the communist public fool system was developed.    Parents who have more than 2 children shall pay the entire cost of education beyond 2 children.

Goal 5 - Maintain genders and their roles, no human freak shows passed of as normal and healthy. Gays should not be persecuted but also not celebrated for what they do. Keep it to yourself.

Goal 6 - Remove all corporate control of all water sources, and minimize any governmental control of water sources especially on private land, remove all fluoride and use substances like MMS that are both safe and effective and do not spiritually lobotomize you.

Goal 7 - Get rid of the 1% power structure enslaving us with dirty and dangerous energy sources, try and convict those that have held free or highly efficient energy products from the public.

Goal 8 - Decentralize all industries so regular people can thrive and small business can make this country/world great again. Corporate greed is killing us, it is time to put a stop to it with people power!

Goal 9 - Legalize hemp and start planting it everywhere and start using hempcrete for construction and biodegradable hemp plastic that is stronger and more durable that petroleum based plastic that is killing this plane.

Goal 10 - Allow nations to reclaim their identity. Save individual cultures throughout the world. If we let them multiculturalize everything there will no longer be other cultures to visit, study, and celebrate their achievements. Instead we will just be a giant, indecipherable slave race with low a IQ and genetically modified DNA from the forced vaccinations. the only ones who will still resemble human beings are the elite of today, the last people humanity should pick for representation. Turn the pyramid upside down, it isn't real anyway, it only exists in the collective conscious and the collective conscious can be changed.

Goal 11 - Arm the people of all cities and settlements so that no tyrants can keep us enslaved any longer, and so that criminals cannot easily prey upon us, and currently remind all of humanity to be eternally vigilant and strike back hard at any attempt to restrict freedom or individuality. Promote the arts and individual thinking. Ban political correctness and encourage people to express themselves for better or worse, that is the price of freedom.

Goal 12 - Decentralize all industry. I guess strength in diversity only counts when you are trying to genocide an entire race like they are currently attempting to do to the white race, just as they have done to many other races in the past. They say that diversity is our strength except when it comes to business, then it can only be the "good 'ol boys club" centralization with no diversity/competition. That needs to stop and a decentralized business structure would stop that.

Goal 13 - Call out climate change for the fraud that it is and if science is found to be maliciously manipulated the "scientists" go to prison as well as their elite funders causing trouble. All forms of criminals should go to prison including elite criminals and especially child molesting elite criminals. Put offenders in a room with the parents of the children that they have been proven to have harmed, killed, and/or sexually abused and let the parents take care of them. JUSTICE! Not "JUST US" anymore!

Goal 14 - Clean the plastic floating "state" in the middle of the pacific. Dump as much resources as needed to stop Fukushima and forbid oil companies to drill for oil or natural gas so our oceans have a chance. The free energy devices can provide us with non-elite controlled power. The Egyptians had it and so did Tesla. Many inventors have been made prototypes since. ALL were barred from going public with their product/invention.

Goal 15 - Stop deforestation and illegal dumping/mining and fracking. Dig up all GMO fields and plant hemp to start the soil regeneration process. Ban all GMOs and give harsh sentences for offenders.

Goal 16 - Abolish freemasonry and all other secret societies. Create justice systems with checks and balances and keep the people involved in the process. Transparency won't be an empty promise/lie from an illegal alien banker puppet installed as president, it will be mandated by law and those that break it will be prosecuted, no "get out of jail free" cards for corporate buddies. You wiped your email server Hillary? What does it matter? That is a criminal act and you go to prison, that is what matters.

Goal 17 - Abolish all illegal trade deals made behind the people's back. Create a people's tribunal that votes on corporate matters instead of a corporate tribunal that votes on people's issues like harmful GMOs, the flagrant use of pesticides, lowering the glyphosate threshold to almost nothing and fine Monsanto and friends if it ever raises no matter the reason, it is their toxic development, let them pay for ALL damages.

Full permission to copy and re-post, you can say it is yours, I don't care and do not need credit, we just need words from US out there IMO. I now it's not perfect and feel free to provide suggestions/edits because if we don't have any goals we will be stuck pursuing THEIR goals which are detrimental to our survival and ability to thrive. youtube.com/watch?v=lEV5AFFcZ-...

Radiation Education: How Fission Works, and Fission Products

Fission, either through power reactors or nuclear bombs cannot create K40 Potassium.

Fission is a breaking of atom, into 2 pieces, with the release of energy.

So all the K40 Radioactive Potassium in the Oceans is from a primordial source, perhaps the "big bang", or just God if you wish.

Ocean critters have been swimming and reproducing in 11,800 Bq/M3 and slightly higher for hundreds of millions of years.   Some in the turtle family sit on the bottom often, and live for 300 years.

And things seems to work out fine in the Kenny Boy "Radioactive Ocean"

There are attacks on the ocean from many directions.    Chemicals, Acoustic, pH (acidity), Mining, Over Fishing.   The "blob" being 1 deg F higher seems kind of like a joke to me.

But "we" just recently blasted 400,000 pounds of radiation and heavy metals into the ocean via Fukushima, and NO US GOVERNMENT FUNDING is researching this?       And 1500 plus days of minimal 300 tons of radioactive water, admittedly leaking into the ocean from the underground river that the Fukushima plant was built on....and no one is researching this?

HINT: it is not Domoic Acid that is doing most of the dying sea life in, only 1 or 2% is Domoic acid.

http://nukeprofessional.blogspot.com/2015/06/domoic-acid-deadly-to-old-and-stressed.html

Review and ask any questions

_______________________________________________________
Geek alert  -- this is kind of important, BECAUSE it creates a problem for the nuclear industry, and especially for used fuel "processing".     This three way fission produces a lot more tritium in reactors than was predicted....another problem for the power reactor "people".

For those that want to dive down the rabbit hole even further, there is another type of fission called
ternary fission, which simply means "three way fission"

This is still a pretty vague science, with a 100% uncertainty on how often it happens, but it is small.....either .2% up to .4%.       So pretty much ANY molecular weight products can be created when this happens, but for the most part the larger fragments still follow the same double hump "guide".

But in reality 90% of the small fragments are Helium 4
and 7% are triton (tritium)
much of the rest is Helium 6 which almost immediately turns into Lithium 6

Cross-section data for 33 nuclides have been obtained radiochemically and used to construct a mass-yield curve for the fission of U238 induced by 31-MeV He3 ions. The mass range studied was 24A212 and the yields varied over seven orders of magnitude. The data for Na24, Mg28, Si31, S38, Ca47, Au199, Pb209, and Pb212 confirm the existence of ternary fission in compound-nuclear processes at intermediate energies, as previously reported from these laboratories. These data also establish the transition region between ternary and highly asymmetric binary processes at A45. Recoil-range data indicate some small but significant differences between He3- and He4-induced ternary fission. On the assumption that there is a peak in the ternary mass-yield curve at A24, the total ternary-fission cross section for 31-MeV He3 ions on U238 is ∼3.3×1030 cm2, and σternaryσbinary4.4×106.

Radiation Knowledge for Dummies -- W(r) Multiplier for Danger

Every isotope has a W(r) rating, that estimates the physiological damage done to humans.

They used to call it a "quality".   LOL, right from the get go the nukists were calling killing ability "quality".

These W(r)'s have quite a bit of science behind them, although ultimately they are not perfect.    There is both testing and calculation done.

For instance Plutonium has been estimated by some to have a W(r) of 112,000

Run of the mill Beta emitters are assigned a value of 1 external

When they become internal, there is wide range of W(r)'s from 5 to hundreds, to the Pu example above.

For simplicity, "they" choose to say that when the isotope gets inside your body it is 20 time more dangerous.   But in reality it is a wide range.   Nevertheless it is useful to have a simple "gut feeling" on how much more dangerous it is.

I'll add more to this as time allows.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Nukists play fast and loose with "facts", you need knowledge to filter the truth, EXAMPLE

Prof. Neutron
It is true that not all isotopes are equally damaging, biologically. Regarding "natural" versus "manmade" radioisotopes, let's consider potassium-40 and cesium-134 and cesium-137. Potassium-40 produces a 1.3 MeV beta 89% of the time. Betas are simply electrons, and biologically they are absorbed readily by tissue, causing genetic and other damage. Cesium-137 produces betas with 0.5 MeV energy. Less energy means less damage per radioactive decay. Cesium-134 produces an even lower-energy beta at 0.14 MeV, plus two gamma rays of higher energy, which tend to escape the body but can be absorbed, causing biological damage.
The bottom line is that radioactive potassium, found naturally in seawater and in the human body is no safer than the radioactive cesium isotopes of cesium from Fukushima. Your body typically has about 5000 Bq of potassium 40.
Please note:I am not a shill, I do not work in the nuclear power industry, and no one is paying me to write this. I am just trying to help the readers of ENENews put stories like this in proper perspective.

Thats pretty shill like to me.
The decay of CS137 on the first step of the decay chain is .51Mev 95% of the time but 5% of the time it goes straight to Ba137 releasing 1.17MeV
In the primary case 95% of the time when CS137 convert to Ba(M) intermediate product, which the Ba(m) has a half life of 2.5minutes, so it then does a rapid one two punch from the same particle and with a more damaging gamma blast for a total energy drop of 1.17MeV.
Failing to express it like that indicates a propensity to mislead.
https://encrypted.google.com/search?q=cesium+137+decay+chain&biw=1166&bih=642&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0CCgQsARqFQoTCKTV5IfszMcCFQ9KkgodBX0L4g#imgrc=oMQJ9egOCyVLGM%3A
Cesium is far worse than natural potassium K40, cesium concentrates in muscles including the heart
Potassium is regulated by the body to a constant level.

Solar PV Electric, Does It Make Sense? Should You Buy It Or Lease It.

Watch this short video.   It explains in ways that a 7th grader could understand what happens in each case of:

1) Do nothing (i.e. keep being a slave to the electric industry)
2) Lease Solar PV from a company
3) Buy Solar PV outright, using your own money, or a loan

I am not recommending this company because I simply don't even know them, but it a great short video.
