(2) Ohio Nuclear Plants to Close As Utilities Chairman Refuses to Cave to Utility Pressure

stock here:

Davis-Besse and Perry Nuclear Plant will be closing

New York and Illinois, both bastions of epic corruption have seen their utilities commission either cave in or just be bought out by utilities they are supposed to regulate.

Not so for Ohio, and good for them!   it would have fleeced around $5.25B from citizens.

My immediate personal goal is the shutdown of all nuclear plants on Lake Michigan, and then on all the Great Lakes.

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ohio-house-sidelines-bailout-2-191918183.html

Opponents are praising a decision to suspend deliberations on the proposed financial rescue of Ohio's two nuclear plants, even as Akron-based FirstEnergy continues to push for the deal.
House Public Utilities Chairman Bill Seitz, a Cincinnati Republican, discontinued testimony on legislation containing the proposal Wednesday after vocal protests by consumer, business, and environmental groups and energy competitors.
"I am not sensing a keen desire on the part of the House members to vote on this and doubt that we will have more hearings in the near future unless something cataclysmic should happen," cleveland.com quoted Seitz as saying.

New Type of Troll to Disrupt Websites That Go Against the Nuclear Cartel

stock here----a whole new level of trolling at ENENEWS

Apparently, anyone who supports the President of the United States of America is fair game for any type of attack, LOL, imagine that.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Troll threw out some cut and paste, based on fighting carbon, and then a series of measures that

plays into the hands of the utilities, and against the consumer

I then posted a rebuttal to points e and f, which is summarized in an article here:

Batteries for PV?

Troll responds with the non-sensical tripe below

Note in the screen cap, right, he says "you're a trader and you support lithium crap, right?"

The nuclear cartel has a dossier on me, for quite a few years.   They have dug deep and found other websites I have run, including one I did on technical stock and futures trading, of which I am an expert but refuse to participate in the sham of a market that currently exists.   Bottom line, I haven't mentioned stock trading in many months, so the only one that would bring up something like this, is someone that knows me very well, or someone who has recently skimmed the "Dossier".

NON-SENSICAL TRIPE
Farthington MacMananus
You don't seem to get it, they promote "their" solar stuff, along with the nuke crap, their smartgrid and whatever bullshit it is they sell.
Why? Because, like for instance the land you live on, you'll still support it.

Farthington MacMananus Farthington MacMananus
With "it", I mean, government delegation. In the way you're trying to support Trump. In the way that you pay taxes, in the way you were "granted" a "right" to that land you falsely consider yours.

Typical sociopathic vague and obtuse sentence formation, you have already been called out on this, its your calling card.
Please point to any single contribution you have made to this site. just one to start.

That's up to other people to decide.

Here is the beginning of the sociopathic argumentative style CALL-OUT

by Stock------
"Trying to defend Trump" is different than trying to expose an evil cartel that has purchased the media, spends hundreds of millions to disrupt America, and is just pure making shit up…..
To further harm America.
This should be obvious to all
But yes I will also defend the President of the USA against pure unadulterated bullshit attacks that are damaging to the USA and our ability to improve our lot.
I will point out when a group is so desperate to cripple or remove our president, that they will risk nuclear war just to accomplish their goal.

Farthington MacMananus Farthington MacMananus
So, is it bullshit that he associated with the clintons, epstein, uses outsourcing too, has been bankrupt to the tune of billions, requiring american taxpayers to bail him out, had rothschild accountants for him (article is on forbes if you wanna check it out, kinda old), etc?
Remind me again of what's so wonderful about what he's done?
  • Your argumentative style is that of a sociopath. You throw out a bunch of crap, not always related, but enough to get people confused or at least anxious.
And then you pull out a "conclusion" which is also vague and subject to existing bias.
That is exactly the style of a sociopath, you may want to try some introspection or meditation on that one. Its a cheap shot, its disrespects the recipient.
If that is your intention, good on you, you are on point.
If that is not your intention, you should re-assess what you wish to accomplish and how.

  • Farthington MacMananus Farthington MacMananus
A nice elaborate, attempted demonizing deflection there.
Refute some of those things I mentioned and tell me how you conclude that Trump is "good".

  • I am right on target on that comment FM
I will do a breakdown on the bullshit of MacManaus

So, is it bullshit that he

1) associated with the clintons,
2) <associated with> epstein,
3) uses outsourcing too,
4) has been bankrupt to the tune of billions, requiring american taxpayers to bail him out,
5) had rothschild accountants for him (article is on forbes if you wanna check it out, kinda old),
6) etc?
7) Remind me again of what's so wonderful about what he's done?

stock here--so the sociopathic stylized argument is attempting to ask me to, goad me into "refute some of those things that I mentioned.

Commentary on 1 and 2
I have seen him in pictures with Clintons, they are the powers that be, I would expect them to cross paths, even do deals together.    What is your point?  Especially in regards to how he has performed as President, his ideas for future improvements, his fitness to be president?    Those are the real issues.   Epstein does look pretty dirty.    But the "claim" there that matters is that Epstein and Trump raped a 13 year old girl at Epsteins place in 1994.   Rape claim filed on April 26, 2016 by Katie Johnson she was apparently living in a foreclosed house where someone had recently died.
Trump announced his run for president on June 16, 2015
On April 5, 2016 Trump did well in the Wisconsin Primary, Wisconsin was already seen as a crucial state by the Republican party.   Cruz took Wisconsin and caught up a bit, but Trump was still in the lead.    As an aside it was amazing that Hillary, who hated common people directly per Podesta, refused to campaign Wisconsin hard...courting the Cheeseheads was beneath her.
On April 19th, 2016 Trump win the New York primary.   This must have panicked the Democrats something awful.
On April 26 2016  TRUMP SWEPT ALL 5 STATES.  One of the biggest primaries races were held:26 April: Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Primaries
April 26, Rape claims, after 22 years were filed against Trump.    It is curious that after 22 years, these charges are finally filed, just 7 days after the Trump win in super Liberal/Democratic New York.
Here is a more expansive timeline of his campaign
Commentary on 3
"Trump uses outsourcing"
Indeed, it is legal, why not use it when it make economic sense?    But it does take money that could go to US workers and businesses.   I have used outsourcing, getting Philippine engineering support for 1/3 what it costs in Hawaii.    But if the law is structured to make it less profitable to outsource, then the rules of engagement are changed, and America is protected from economic loss.   So that is the answer...NOT lambasting a sound and fully legal business decision.

Commentary on 4
has been bankrupt to the tune of billions, requiring american taxpayers to bail him out,
I won't argue that Trump's businesses haven't declared bankruptcy several times.    There is a law in the USA that encourages people to build businesses and build job, by taking risks.   The bankruptcy law is designed to encourage growth by allowing an entity, to go under, without taking the person "under".    The "taxpayer to bail him out" thing is fake news, bullshit, made up lies.    Trumps use of the tax law related to short term capital gains and losses and long term capital gains and losses is very basic in the business world.    You don't even need to declare bankruptcy to use the "benefits" of a loss.   I have used both both short term and long term capital losses to offset future income, it gives an even better incentive to work hard to make up what you lost.    It is not some "brilliant tax move that the Donald used to game the system" as the biased media tried to frame it as.    It is very basic and fair and legal.
 Commentary on 5
had rothschild accountants for him (article is on forbes if you wanna check it out, kinda old)
Sure we know that overall the whole Rothschild family is pretty evil, pretty corrupt and openly pushing us towards a one world government, where they can sell all their products including financial products, no matter how crappy or dangerous, any where and any time.

That said, what is your point about Trump using their accounting firm?
Commentary on 6
etc?
My response, LOL
Commentary on 7
Remind me again of what's so wonderful about what he's done?
Again it the annoying phrasing that you use, that makes it impractical to rebut or respond.    Your vague assertions make it much harder to respond, because to respond, you put the burden on the responder to handle all cases.   Intentional or not, it is a diservice to those you are discussing with.   A little bit of care and clarity would go a long way, but you don't give a rip about that.    The question is WHEN??? When is the key issue.   You mean before he became President?    Well I think we covered that above.    Or do you mean after he has become President, because that is where we are at and our actions in the present are what matter most.

Batteries for Residential PV Solar Electric Systems? Do They Make Sense?

stock abstract:

Batteries on Solar PV on small scale do not currently make economic sense in terms of saving money.    This can change and there is a long way to go.    The current tax incentives can make a huge difference in the initial system cost though, with up to 65% discount due to tax credits or utility incentives.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Engineering.com does their analysis based on the 10kWH Powerwall, which no longer exists, it was $3500.   The 7kWH Powerwall is $3000....so the pay backs are even less good, in fact there is no "pay back".

from the article
http://www.engineering.com/ElectronicsDesign/ElectronicsDesignArticles/ArticleID/10057/Teslas-Powerwall-by-the-Numbers.aspx

If a person spent $3500 on the Powerwall and another $1500 on the inverter, it would take ten years (simple payback) for the unit to pay for itself. Since it has a 10 year warranty (and so do most inverters), it’s a break even situation at best.

*In reality, completely draining the battery every day shortens its life. A battery under those conditions would lose about 30% of its initial capacity after 500 charge-discharge cycles - not even two years of daily use. (Good thing there’s a ten-year warranty!) At a friendlier 80% depth of discharge, a Li-ion battery will survive about 1900 cycles (about five years) before losing a significant amount of its capacity.
---------------------------------------
This back of the envelope simplified analysis is using only material costs.
  • It ignores the project development, cost of sales and sales fees, permitting, local utility compliance devices testing and programming and probably a whole new meter socket or meter as well as disconnect.
  • It ignores "quick disconnect" combiner boxes at the rooftop to disconnect the DC flowing down to ground level and mitigate fire risk/fire fighter risk.
  • It ignores the rewiring necessary in the structure, the PV installers labor, overhead and profit and sometimes also an additional electrician with their labor, overhead, and profit, and of course the "balance of system" miscellaneous materials.
  • It ignores the permitting process, drawings, plot plans, one line diagram, permit fee, permit compliance, and permit inspection, and now quite often witnesses electrical inspection and testing with a licensed journeyman electrician paid for by the owner to carrying out instructions as issue by the local utility standing there.

So they are pretending that a system can be done for $5000 and has a 10 year payback, but the batteries will only last 5 years at reasonable depth of discharge.

But the reality is that the simplest of battery backup systems will add $15,000 to the cost of a PV system.   So at $5000 cost, there is no payback because you are replacing your batteries at 5 years.

So at $15,000 the "no pay back" is 3 times worse.

My estimates are that battery backup costs around $.40 per kWH just in battery replacement costs.    The average residential rate in USA is around $.13 per kWH.

Wishful thinking does not get it done.

I only sell these systems to people who want it for emergency backup power.   That requires smart inverters that are capable of making their own sine wave, and you best make sure it is a true sine wave, not a modified sine wave.     Because a modified sine wave may blow up some of your devices, or not allow them to function or decrease their service life.

Check out "The Sellout" by Paul Beatty. This one is satire, but hysterical and relevant given the desire of the PTB to create a race war. It won the Man Booker in 2016. Best fiction book I ever read (I owned a bookstore for twelve years). Warning: you may need a dictionary nearby. Journeys out of the body; Robert A Monroe

From the above link;
"In 1958, without any apparent cause, I began to float out of my physical body. It was not voluntary; I was not attempting any mental feats. It was not during sleep, so I couldn't dismiss it as simply a dream. I had full, conscious awareness of what was happening, which of course only made it worse. I assumed it was some sort of hallucination caused by something dangerous – a brain tumor, or impending mental illness. Or imminent death.
"It occurred usually when I would lie down or relax for rest or preparatory to sleep – not every time but several times weekly. I would float up a few feet above my body before I became aware of what was happening. Terrified, I would struggle through the air and back into my physical body. Try as I might, I could not prevent it from recurring." (Monroe, 2-3)
A word of caution should be in order before you try anything.
Monroe used the word "terrified", which is putting it mildly.
In any state of sub-consciousness you will need to have a word or words, of your choosing, that will allow you to immediately return to your body. DO THIS BEFORE you start practicing your…

I think that was me, Stock. I am glad you read it… knowledge is power when dealing with psychopaths. May I suggest another book that expands on your knowledge – how the psychopaths influence normal people and actually turn normal thinking into pathological thinking (i.e., as Casteneda said: They give us their MINDS). "Political Ponerology" ( http://ponerology.com ) subtitle: A science on the nature of evil adjusted for political purposes.
This is available now as a free pdf http://www.serendipity.li/bush/ponerology_preview.pdf .
The other (small) book that will help is "Without Conscience" by Dr Robert Hare, who did the PCL-R the Psychopathy Checklist, revised. This is my choice for non-clinical readers.

The definitive tome on the subject is "The Mask of Sanity", which is also available for free

The information is so important that they are making it available FREE. The word has to get out before the planet is destroyed. Talk about it! Tell people about these predators…. we all know some of them. Sometimes it just needs to be pointed out to people – what this is.
Peace.

for Stock, Dazy and Trog — thanks for the feedback. When I posted the links etc two years ago there was some interest… as the reign of our Wetiko president rolls on, the need for this info has become more apparent.

The reference to Jung is appropriate. The substrate of reality that Jung worked at is the level we are talking about. I love his work… there are some great video's on his ideas – like this one – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYUemhYZlAQ&ab_channel=OccultHyve . The lecturer who did this has other great lectures (anyone want to go back to college??)

Of course, at this point, the psychopathy is widespread… not just in government or high positions… it's inveigled (def: to entice, lure, or ensnare by flattery or artful talk or inducements) its way into all professions. This is what "Political Ponerology" is all about.

Trog ! it's a tough book and you can do it.. don't give up on the clinical-ness of it.. this understanding will empower your life.

I love all of you folks – the hearth-warmers. Standing in witness to what we've done to our world. The conscious spirit lives beyond this material world… we are eternal.

For Church Rock residents there was NO state of emergency, NO evacuation, and LIMITED alternative water supplies.

The Navajo Nation was littered with abandoned, open, and radon-emitting former mine sites—at least 1,032 of them.

To Date:

38 water wells, streams, and other water sources were found to exceed health limits for radionuclides. Written warnings in both Diné (Navajo) and English are posted on wells whose water is unsafe to drink.

The fate of the nuclear waste industry during the transition to the new administration will be discussed throughout the entire program of the upcoming 2017 RadWaste Summit. The Trump administration has made it clearer that it is prepared to scrap its predecessor’s strategy for dealing with the nation’s nuclear waste, instead returning focus to the Yucca Mountain repository in Nevada. And, we have outlines of its fiscal 2018 budget proposal, which could point toward its approach on management of tens of thousands of tons of commercial and defense radioactive waste stockpiled around the country.
This is an exciting time within the nuclear waste industry, and it’s more important now to connect on what changes mean and how to move forward.  This year, we will explore the theme, New Priorities, Regulations, and Opportunities.
