Methinks the "Judge" wants to keep Flynn on "the hook" even longer to create additional testimony against 2 people, who were related to Flynn and indicted JUST YESTERDAY in Virginia methinks.
It's all part of the shitshow.
They need a weaker player who will cave, even full on lie, to get more apparent dirt on Trump. Flynn is not the man they need, so they will play Flynn for "more cooperation". I don't think he will allow it.
The timing is suspicious. Also, the charges were strictly that he "lied to the FBI" about whether he had talked to someone or not. So for the judge to bring up a completely "new issue" and ask special prosecutor whether he could also be tried under the Logan act (which no one has ever been tried under), and then bring up "treason" is PAR FOR THE COURSE . But I think it ratchets things up to a new level of prosecutorial misconduct, and set the FBI players up for criminal charges.

He is charged with lying about something that he never should have been asked about anyway. He had conversations, and there is no allegation that there was anything illegal, much less even immoral in those conversations
He trusted the FBI, naive sure, but in his new position he thought they were all on the same side and wanted to be transparent.
A week into this new administration, they had little idea how dangerous and desperate the globalists would be.

I don't understand the strategy. Perhaps, illegal activity caused General Flynn to be convicted. Under a no harm, no foul perspective, maybe this is a setup to now go after former FBI "agents" in a criminal case. And Trump pardons Flynn anyway.

Flynn declined several crucial requests from the judge. (Not exact quotes.)
Judge: Would you like to withdraw your guilty plea based on the revelation from the January 302?
Flynn: No, your honor.
Judge: Would you like the court to appoint an independent assessment of your case for a second opinion?
Flynn: No, your honor.
Judge: Would you like to postpone the matter ...?
Flynn: No, your honor.
Judge to Flynn's lawyers: Attorneys, do you have any concerns that the materials weren't provided to you and want additional information?
Attorney: No, your honor.
Judge: Do you think Flynn was entrapped?
Attorney: No, your honor.
Judge: Was Flynn dissuaded from having a lawyer at the interview?
